Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsThe room we were assigned (number 8) had a slanted ceiling and the bed was positioned under the window. This made it difficult to feel comfortable in the room and sleep well. The double room only came with two small and flat pillows, which was not enough for a comfortable sleep. When we asked for more pillows, we were given two extra pillows. The breakfast buffet was good and tasty, but it was the same every morning. It would have been nice to have some variety in the menu (not only eggs).
Hotel Rango is perfectly situated in the heart of Plzeň, within easy walking distance of all the major attractions and restaurants. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens and towels provided daily. The décor was simple and modern, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff at Hotel Rango were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They were always happy to answer our questions and provide recommendations for things to see and do in the city. The hotel offers convenient parking for guests, located just a short walk from the back door.

Great cozy hotel with very friendly personnel. It is located right in the center and it is very easy to explore the city from there. Rooms are clean and well equipped, we liked the pillows and bedding a lot too. Breakfast is varied and tasty. Overall a great experience!

AustraliaThe shower scalded if someone in a nearby room flushed their toilet. The window blinds were not blackout so the room was not very dark. Breakfast didn't really cater for many tastes and items ran out regularly. Breakfast finishes at 9 am so a sleep in is impossible. The restaurant is a bit expensive for the quality of food. There is no lift and the dark stairs and floor are a bit of a trip hazard. No English channels on the TV.
Petr was excellent and helped with luggage and direction to parking. Decor was wonderful. The hotel is new, modern and well maintained. Our room was directly above the street but quite despite warnings on reviews about street noise. It may be because the main summer tourism is almost over. Bed was big and comfortable. Wifi was fast and reliable. Good desk for working space. Comfy couch in the room. Location is right at the tram stop in the old town. Parking is very convenient and reasonably priced.

United StatesThe hotel is on the second floor of the restaurant and you have to walk through the restaurant to get upstairs. Seemed a bit weird at first.
Great place to stay. Tram stop right in front of door. If you’re arriving by train grab the tram at the station and the hotel is just a couple stops away. Located half a block from the town square is super convenient. The staff was very accommodating and the room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again on any future visits.
