Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BrazilThe hotel is very well located, within walking distance from the Pilsen Urquell factory, the restaurant is one of the best we’ve been to and the prices are very reasonable. The room is well-decorated and sparkling clean. The highlight of our stay were the people who work there. They exceeded our expectations in every count. We’ve been lots of places in Brasil, North-America, The Caribbean, and Europe and the only place we got a similar service was in another family owned hotel: Villas el Encanto in Cozumel.

United StatesHotel Rango is located just a few minutes walk from Republic Square which was perfect for us because we were only visiting for a couple of days but were able to see so many interesting places. The hotel is elegant and the room was attractive and comfortable; breakfast was excellent. Staff was very pleasant and courteous. Pilsen is a really cool and interesting place, and we will definitely return and stay at Hotel Rango.

Perfect location and very nice staff. Spotlessly clean. They packed our breakfast for us to take as we were checking out early.

The property was in an excellent location, right down the block from the city center, with lots of shopping, museums and food options. The hotel is quaint and very private, secure and comfortable. The staff were provided exceptional service. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was exquisite and the continental breakfast was outstanding.

IsraelI didn't appreciate you need to pay extra for a cappuccino at breakfast (which is included). Also, there is no elevator and the place is kind of hard to find as the entrance is through a restaurant.
A good hotel right next to the main square. The room was clean, stylish and modern, had everything we needed for a 1 night stay.
