Modern, clean, functional apartment. Appreciated the bidet and warm shower. Good bed. Clear check in procedure. Good elevator. Good access to the metro and trams.

The pillows were a bit too flat for our liking, but overall a fantastic stay.

Really liked that the studio was clean, had good privacy and was equipt with everything we needed. It was great value for money and we liked that it was close to public transport and a supermarket.

The apartment was spacious, neat and tidy; it was well equipped with an induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, utensils/cutlery, washing machine, electric kettle and washing machine. The dining facility was equipped with a television, while the bedroom was comfy and had a wardrobe. The washroom had dual western commode set-up, one being for ablutions. Hot water was available 24 hours a day.

Wifi speeds were very bad. We were losing signals also in the bedroom. You cannot depend on Wifi in this building. Better buy your own SIM card from Relay store at discount and Wifi clearly discappoints. I could barely use it due to low speed and connection issues.

Property allows 24H self check in as you get the code on your phone before arrival. Room is spacious and equipped with basic utensils, stove, microwave, TV, Fridge. You also get balcony. Property is 5 mins walk away from Metro / Tram / bus station and with grocery store Albert which is good. Staff is super helpful and english speaking at reception.

Overall the apartment was good, mostly things were there. Just to mention the provided laundries must be better than the current one.

The entire apartment was fully equipped with essentials, also there was no such disturbance from management or other guests.

Cannot think of anything. If you read reviews and property rules ahead of your arrival, you know won’t have any problems. And if to use online maps or any kind of maps, the property can be found easily.

Absolutely lovely place. The best thing to have in rental place as a tourist is a good mattress! The bathroom is also very clean and tidy. And the location is even better when you explore it yourself. Lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants. Next to the tram and metro station. You can get anywhere you need.

Smoking neighbours on balconies. There are no hangers in a wardrobe.

Quite a nice place for the money. Good location - good tram and metro connection, grocery stores and cafes nearby. Apartment was spacious and clean and sufficiently equipped. Apart from the temporary construction site nearby - a very quiet and green area.

Horrible staff. Extremely impolite way of talking and not wanting to accommodate early check in request to an empty room, on days in advance notice simply because they didn’t want to ask the cleaning lady to deviate from her schedule. Absurd behavior for a business that sells hospitality…

It was top floor. The apartment absorbed heat heavily during the day time. Construction sounds just beside of the building. Away from nearby public transportation. No oil, salts in the kitchen to cook something. Had to pay city tax in person.

The apartment was well furnished, easily accessible, WiFi connection was excellent and elevator facilities.

The location was alright. There is a coffee shop and a small grocery store located about 7-8 minute walk away from the building. Public transit was even a bit further walk (maybe 10-12 minutes). Doable walk for sure, but at the end of a long day, I would have loved to get off the metro and be inside within a few minutes.

I really enjoyed this studio apartment space. It was nice having a small kitchen and fridge where I could cook and prepare food. This made up for the fact that there isn't any food immediately surrounding the place.

On the first day of checkin, I was assigned an occupied apartment but staff was quick to rectify the error and are generally friendly and helpful. Bed mattress is a bit thin.

Location is near to Karlin, many restaurants in that neighborhood, public transport is nearby with trams and train station. Room was clean and medium sized, comes with TV and kitchenette, washing machine. Quiet neighbourhood. No air conditioning but quite value for money otherwise.

During our stay, there were super hot days in Prague (+30 degrees). There is no air conditioning in the apartment. It was uncomfortable to be and sleep there. It was quite noisy outside, and we also could hear what was going on in the corridor. Therefore, I advise you to take earplugs. There was no cleaning service (we knew about that beforehand), and after a week of staying, it was dirty in the apartment, because we always kept windows open. The Wi-Fi connection was bad. Mainly it was hardly possible to surf the net.

Comfortable interior: the bedroom is a separate room. The apartment has all the facilities and house appliances. There is a washing machine and clothes dryer. Although no iron and ironing table. Keep it in mind. You also should take washing powder with you if you want to wash your clothes. The bathroom was super clean. Good transport accessibility (metro and tram). Not far from the city centre. Supermarkets are nearby. A dishwashing kit (a sponge, cloth and dishwashing liquid) was provided even though the instructions said they did not provide this. Contactless check-in.
