The location was perfect, very convenient. However, the hotel itself was quite dated, and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. I appreciated the cleanliness, but I would have preferred at least the bed linens or mattress to be more comfortable. Breakfast was rich and varied. The staff were helpful and responsive to all our requests. Cleanliness was definitely on point. I would highly recommend it for the location alone.

This is an old school hotel with the most gracious staff. Room was very large, especially by European standards though a little dated (think pre-war decor) but we liked that character. Breakfast every morning was amazing with too many options! Made it hard to stick to any sort of good diet plan. Staff were all so kind and accommodating. Room, and hotel in general, were very clean. Location was exceptional, made it so easy to get to main attractions in Old Town. Only drawbacks for us was the street noise and the room stayed quite warm. By no means did this detract from our overall positive experience. Highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location in the Old town, nice big rooms and a wonderful breakfast that changed each day. It also was great value for money. Would recommend to anyone visiting Prague. Also has a fab Czech restaurant a few yards down the street.

people in prague generally struggle with english so if you speak russian do that instead also there were ants in our room and the staff didnt know what to do except offer us another room but the other room had two beds split in the middle so we stayed in the room with the ants and just bought anti insect powder it just seemed weird the staff didnt know how to handle a few ants?

checking in can be little more friendly. people are coming from different county's with different experience. Since they want my business , they need to be friendly with small mistake.

Only 1 problem we had was the shower, it flicked between freezing and boiling water without any notice, but that’s very minor

Sound-proofing is very low - talks from corridor and the elevator can be heard across the room. The layout of sockets is odd, and there were none next to the bed. The room could use some renovation.

The room with terrace is like no other; the view from it is simply outstanding. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Bed was very comfortable, and the room was exceptionally clean. The hotel is right in the centre of the Old Town. The staff was super friendly & helpful.

The balcony was not very easiliy acessible, as it would have been if its doors would open directly out of the room. The bed was placed very strangely with no place for phone in charge, a water glass, a book, and no reading light.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city with all main attractions within walking distance. This really helps when you are travelling with kids as you can cover a couple of attractions and come back to the hotel for some rest and then head out again. Overall, highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect blend of exceptional service, prime location, delectable food, and genuine hospitality. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!
