Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Czech RepublicThe only negative point was that the hotel didn't have any parking spots. We had to drive around the area to find parking along a street.
A well situated, clean and friendly hotel. The personnel were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the menu changed every day. We bought a wellness weekend package over the Easter holidays that also included 3five-course dinners which were all superb. The Spa treatments were excellent and very professional.

DenmarkThe shower drainage is slow. Not a big problem though. The double bed is actually two single beds together. There is a small bump in the middle.
The location is great. A bit away from the center and quiet. 5 mins walk to the main colonnade and next to the trail in the woods. The room is clean and very quiet. Nice decor. The messages and the private sauna are very nice. The staff are very nice and helpful. Good service at the restaurant.

Czech RepublicNoise in the room (of 140EUR per night with discount) for 2 nights came from the radiator full of air or similar. similar noise like a lion roaring in the bathroom. Room sound isolation was poor, and we heard a noise in the middle of the day during relaxation, so none of us could take a nap, from other rooms in the sense of quarrels or very loud rude discussions in one of the neighbouring Slavic languages. Prices on the final invoice were in EUR and we've been asked to pay a bill in euros, at first. We were offered to pay in CZK, after we asked for a second time, but we are not sure which exchange rate they applied once we paid with our national bank pride and joy card Ceska Sporitelna card in CZK, which is super weird as we were still in the Czech Republic. All items on my bill are in EUR. and with hand added amount in CZK to pay with a card. Booking offers the option to book without spa options, so you pay for almost all ( apart from limited access to the sauna) extra. And sauna access is as per reservation and only once per room, for one hour per day. we were not aware of that when we booked the stay. I would consider booking next time just an apartment in the village and paying for spa facilities as we did this time, no need to pay the overrated price for the mediocre hotel. Garden existed, but in spite of very sunny days no service of coffee or breakfast outside as possible. The sauna reservation that we made on the last day was a disaster - they forgot to set the heating on, so we just thanked them and left the cold sauna and check out. The hotel doesn't have parking and the neighbouring communal parking places are very limited, they would offer to you to pay for further located parking service for 3 times more money. The swimming pool in the sister hotel communicated one price for guests of our hotel, and the reception ladies communicated the price with their voucher, so we gave up and look for a third hole with a swimming pool and spa
Breakfast was nice, and the selection was decent. room size was above average. One of the massages was exceptional once we booked the director of Spa section.
