Receptionists female💃 and male 🕺🏽were very professional and friendly, our room was a great size with balconies, nice clean bathroom, very comfortable bedding, kettle in the room ☕☕, Breakfast 🥞 was also nice as our boy loves cheese🧀 there was a lot to choose from. Nice coffee ☕ machine and tasty baked beans 😋. Parking 🅿️ on the side. My mummy 🥰 and I had a great spa treatments oxygenoterapie 👍 lymphatic drainage massage highly recommended 👌 Nurses👩⚕️ were also professional and friendly. As they were planning our treatment accordingly to our children care. So my mum had a treatment and after that I enjoyed my therapeutic time too 😎We have recharged our batteries fully 😀 Close to town short walk 🚶🏼♀️🚶🏼♂️ beautiful Spa UNESCO heritage town. Do not hesitate and book Hotel Devin you will not be disappointed 🙂 great for the money. WE LOVED 😍🤩😍 our stay. Thank you 😇

United KingdomThis was the first time I have stayed on the third floor, and the wifi varied from feeble to non-existent. The angle of the shower head when in its socket, combined with the low water pressure, meant I could only take a shower by crouching down, and the sink plug did not work. I have been using this hotel for several years, and this time got the room for an excellent price, but the very poor wifi will stop me risking staying there next year.
The hotel has been smartly refurbished since my last visit a year ago, and the breakfast is also improved, with a good variety of fresh fruit. My room was spacious, warm and well-lit, the housekeeping was good, and a nice touch was a thick-cotton bathrobe.

Czech RepublicThe breakfast room was quite overcrowded. The biggest problem was during the payment for the stay. The hotel "decided" on their own exchange rate, which is very unfavourable. They don't give you any other option. As a result, you will pay more than you expected. Such behaviour of the hotel is not serious. I do not recommend to stay in this hotel due to such practises.
Bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom were quite big.

Breakfast was one of the best takeaway breakfast we ever had, big portions, juices, sweets, etc. would highly recommend this hotel.

ItalyThe welcoming were really unpleasant; they do not speak English at all; the breakfast was poor and no labeling on the food which should be the basic of hotel management and all the services were fully booked but they didn't make even a small effort to suggest me some alternatives. For a little more money you can choose a better one. Not reccomanded.
