Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.

We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Slovakia2 small things really: - I was missing the ventillation in the bathroom, during a shower it got very steamy very fast. - Breakfast: there were some things I was missing, plus the place where you could slice bread, only 1 person at a time could do it and we were at least always 6-7-8 people waiting in line just for this.
I really liked the shape of the building, it really matches to their style, being next to O2 univerzum and O2 arena, the Stages hotel does resemble a multi-layered vinyl :) The location is superb, tram stop, bus stop and even metro station are within a couple of minutes' reach.

This was my second stay at this hotel it is very clean the staff are lovely and very helpful the bar prices are very reasonable if not cheap for a hotel. The rooms are perfect and all the decor across the hotel is just brilliant the food in the restaurant is good. I was even allowed to check in 4 hours early on this visit and allowed to my room.

The building itself was really quirky and cool, and the breakfast spread was one of the best hotel breakfast buffets I've ever had! We couldn't have asked for a better accomodation for our family vacation. The rooms were modern, spacious and beautifully designed. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel's staff was incredibly welcoming. The hotel's location was more than convenient - only a step away from a tram station (which takes you directly to the city center), near the metro station, near the shopping mall and right next to the O2 Arena. Hotel has its underground garage. The breakfast was delightful and exceeded our expectations. Overall, our stay in Stages Hotel was unforgettable experience and we will return to this hotel next time we visit Prague.

SloveniaSince we visited Prague in February, our room was a bit chilly at times. We couldn’t quite figure out how the heating worked, but it wasn’t a major issue! :)
The room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. The beds were sooo comfortable, and the soundproofing was fantastic—we didn't hear a single noise from the other rooms. The lighting in the bathroom was perfect, especially for doing makeup. We also had an amazing-smelling shampoo, conditioner, and body gel in the shower, which came in very handy. The room also had a mini fridge. The cleaning staff came every day to make the bed and replace the dirty towels, so we basically returned every evening to a clean and tidy room! The best part of our entire stay was the breakfast (6:30–11:00). They had a wide variety of options, the food was freshly made every day, and it was absolutely delicious. The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, but Prague’s public transport is phenomenal. The metro stop was just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, so we were in the center within 15 minutes. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and we had an amazing time in Prague. We would 100% recommend this stay to anyone! :)

Great place to stay! Check-in starts at 3.00PM, but the staff found a way to do it already at 10.00AM! Many thanks for that! Breakfast was excellent! Perfect cleanliness in the room. Don't worry about being further away from the City centre. Public transport runs very frequently and is within a 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Nearby is a shopping mall with many shops and bistros. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time!
