Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The music theme of this hotel was my favorite. It was a newer hotel as well so the furnishing & facilities were in great condition. Got the two bedroom suite which was larger than what I really needed. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially at the reception. Would stay here again!

SloveniaThe bar closed at 1PM in the morning (which we didn't know) and we waited 20 minutes for a waiter to tell us that they closed. Everything else was superb.
We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights to go to the Metallica concert at Letnany. The hotel only elevated our rock-experience in Prague. Everything is rock/vinyl themed and extremely clean and spacious. The rooms are warm, modern, and minimalistic and the location is superb (only 15min ride to the city centre). There's a Metro 2 min by foot away, a tram station 2 min away (in the other direction) where you can also find a bus stop. At night, there's no-one outside in the streets so you don't have other people interrupting your good nights sleep. We'll definitely be back!

SwitzerlandThe corner room (I'm not sure how this structure is called) overlooking the town square was exceptional for relaxing in the evening. The bathtub was the biggest I've ever been in, barring the jacuzzi of course. Room decor was perfect and our 9 month old surely enjoyed his crib provided by the hotel staff who were very helpful and friendly. Secure parking in the back was also a big plus. will definitely come back.

NorwayWas awakened by music coming from the courtyard at 7am on saturday morning. Also by a power drill or something like it. Obviously there was some work going on, but not sure what the music was. Also could not get the chromecast to work..
This is my favorite Hotel I've ever been to! Such a beautiful venue and quiet place. The size of the room and the bathroom was incredible! Great stay for music lovers who are going to a show at the O2. The interior is really cool and looks new. Did not pay for breakfast as I am a late sleeper, but did eat lunch in the beautiful restaurant. It is also very close to the subway and only 6 short stops away from the City centre. Will definitely be coming back!

CroatiaI loved the whole idea of the "music" hotel, decoration, and circle shape of the hotel. The staff was very nice and kind. The breakfast was excellent, the food was delicious, and there were many choices. The metro station is really near the hotel, so it is a good choice to reach the Prague center.

BrazilRoom service! For sure they are missing oportunities here (there is zero room service after the restaurant closes) and that's before 10pm. So, for guests coming from long trips/city tours and hoping to get something at the hotel, is useless. The grab and go at the front desk only has a limited variety of drinks (juices and beers) and snacks (like fried potatos bags).
Amazing location, superb installations (the hotel is only 6 months old) and very well decorated. Gym is awesome, and the breakfast is something out of this world!
