Serbia13 reviews“New year vacation in Prague”Everything was perfect from start to finish! Check-in was straight forward and fast and the parking garage was easily accessible. The location of the hotel is amazing for anyone that came for a concert or sports match in the O2 arena but also for tourists that just want to explore Prague attractions (metro station is literally 1 minute away from the hotel). We really enjoyed the breakfast which had a huge variety of food and quality ingredients. Room was nice and spacious with comfortable bed and clean bathroom. We really had no complaints and we will definitely come back for another stay!

Modern hotel only 20 min tram ride away from the city center. The tram stop is right in front of it. It's located in a quite area next to O2 Arena. Next to it there is a shopping mall, which is very convenient. The hotel itself is very nice: clean, friendly staff, nice service and it has very cool backstage design. There is a restaurant right inside. Eating there cost us less than in central restaurants. The food was tasty, good quality, there was variety of items. Also, if you want to be away from a noisy crowd, this is the perfect place.

This hotel is just perfect. Rooms are spacious and full of light, beds are comfortable, the view is nice, bathroom is also quite big... It's clean. Breakfast options are fantastic. There is a bar within the hotel. It is perhaps the best hotel in which I have ever stayed. The tram and metro stations are super close and you'll be in the center of Prague in 10-15 minutes...

Dinner could be better and waiters are not friendly, almost not sp”Food in hotel restaurant was nothing special, rather average, Could be much better especially for this level of hotel. Personal are lacking friendliness and hospitality, especially some waiters, some staff don’t speak English.
Hotel has high level of rooms, everything is nicely decorated and clean, really high level. close to public transport, little bit outside of city centre, but connected. Good breakfast.

Simply, everything waa amazing. I was in Prague for a surgery and the hotel was within a walking distance. The room was excellent, staff also. I checked in around 10 pm yet all was very well organised.
