What I like about the property everything the breakfast was amazing. The pool is beautiful. The staff was exceptionally helpful, polite The Bohemian restaurant, was OK the night I went to dinner. The food was not great. The fish was bland They did not even serve it with a wedge of lemon But the hotel I will definitely be back and I recommended 100%

I really like the property, but the free spa was not free. We went down to the spa and we had to pay. Other than that, everything was perfect. They have wonderful staff! It is a little far from the city, but we got uber everywhere which makes easy access to the city.

It was difficult to get healthy/kid friendly snacks in the evening, for example fruit and yogurt.

Room walls were not enough soundproof We didn't enjoy much dinner in the hotel restaurant. You need to pay all activities in the sport center and it is not only for hotel visitors.

This hotel has two sperate buildings and we stayed one with car parking. Hotel room was clean and big enough for the family. Breakfast was good with some variations but it got a bit repetitive. The Sports Center which is adjacent building has many sport activities, indoor pool, and saunas. It is good option for relaxing ambiance. Private paid parking is available at the hotel. It was ~5 min walk to public transport. All in all, it took ~30 min to city center.

The room wasn't deluxe which i paid for, had to pay extra to use the wellness facilities which was not explained before booking.

Room was comfortable but not what I would call deluxe which i paid for. Staff were nice, but we had to pay extra to use the spa and swimming pool, so we didn't bother. Food was good and plentiful, with various options available.

Our AC in our room wasn't working and we found upon entering the room after being out all day the room was very warm.

Breakfast was really good! So many options and variety. Rooms were really lovely and clean, bathrooms were much better than we expected! Hotel facilities were spectacular! Pool and sauna rooms were fabulous! Really great stay!

Breakfast could begin at 6 rather than 7 on the weekends for people who are jet lagged and wanting coffee.

This was the 4th time I've been to Step. If you don't want to spend the night in downtown Prague and want to enjoy a wellness experience, go to Step. They have a very relaxing and rejuvenating sauna area that includes a rooftop with 6 saunas and 2 resting rooms where you can order wellness drinks, etc. There is a full program in the evening of sauna experiences. Wonderful. The breakfast is plentiful and any kind of eater can make themselves a full plate of whatever they like, vegan, gluten free, German, British, etc. There are fresh crepes and eggs cooked in three different ways. Even the most economical room is comfortable and clean with a small balcony. The restaurant has good salads, soups and heavier fare. There is a small piano bar and cocktail area in the lobby and opportunities for bowling, raquet sports and swimming if that's your thing. A quick Uber ride to the city for a few dollars and/or a 90 minute walk if you're willing.

* It would be nice if the offer around water world would be better specified in the offer. One could think there's complimentary access to the pools for an infinite time, but this is not the case. Just be up front about what exactly is included so i don't have to ask :-)

Exceptional experience with professional staff and a relaxing ambiance. The room was upgraded and thoughtfully equipped with a welcome drink. The highlight of our stay was the spa, including the sauna and swimming pool, which offered a rejuvenating escape

The towels in the room are very small they did not cover my body after a shower. I had to use 2. The restaurant staff seemed upset at me but I don't know what I did wrong. I asked if I could buy cigarettes and was told about the cigarette machine but not informed that it only takes chez coins so I got out euro from the ATM and then could not use them when I tried. The reception could not help with this.

The hotel was spotless and the staff at reception friendly and helpful. The free welcome drink was very nice touch.

The hand soap wasn’t refilled when the room was prepared, and the minibar price list was missing, which felt like a bit of a miss from housekeeping. The restaurant was okay but didn’t really compare to the amazing local spots—I wouldn’t go for exclusive dining there. But honestly, these were just minor issues.

The breakfast spread was good, but it got a bit repetitive if you stayed longer. Still, the food was top-notch and tasty. The welcome drink was a nice surprise. The pools and saunas were super clean, and the staff kept a close eye on everything.

There is some really offensive art work up in the restaurant. So inappropriate. One pictures has a woman (face obscured) being spanked over the back of a bicycle. I mean it's 2025 guys.

Great value for the price, even though the location’s a bit tricky if you’re getting there on your own. Big thanks to Martina at reception—she really made sure we checked in with a smile. And shoutout to Olga, the supervisor, who was super quick with our requests and super friendly. The place was clean, no complaints. We’ll definitely be back!
