How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Please, don't overheat your rooms - it is plenty enough with radiators on 1/3 for room to be warm. On full tilt it was some 26 degrees inside and you need to vent it all out anyways.
Very nice for a stay in transit. Quiet location despite being close to railway. Has all the amenities necessary, including restaurant on site. Breakfast was really really great as well.

A few months ago, we stayed at this property and I had pointed out a few things that we didn’t like. Unexpectedly, when we returned, the staff gave us a better room and resolved all the issues from our previous stay. I really appreciated this, the staff was very kind and the room was beautiful. Traveling between Estonia and Italy, the location is very convenient. I highly recommend it.

The only concern for light sleepers - railway, but for us wasn’t a problem 😁
It was a comfortable overnight stop on a way to Poland. The receptionist was really nice and helpful! We also enjoyed the foot at the restaurant.

The place is right next to the railroad, which is quite busy. Didn't bother us at night, but I think it's worth mentioning.
When you look for a place to spend a night on your way, and you find an amusement park :) Two swimming pools, sauna, table tennis, nice lounge area and a lot more. We were sorry to leave, there's enough to do for couple of days. The restaurant served good local food (big plates), breakfast was really full with lots of choices.

Very large bathroom and bed. Kindless recepcion Paying ín Euro, cash or card. I love the balcony, and large television. Wonderful restaurant. Itt was good hot ín th room. I'm glad everything.

There was a bit of noise due to a wedding party at the hotel simultaneously, but the staff did inform me of this beforehand and it wasn't a problem at all for me.
Had an excellent stay here, the room was very nice and tidy, with a comfortable bed and all the necessities. Breakfast was excellent and complete, including warm food as well. Plenty of parking available that is open but covered by surveillance camera and in a good neighborhood. Staff was very kind and informative during my stay. Excellent value for money, cam recommend!

We were there in August, there is no air condition in the room, so in the night was hot and also quite laudly as we had open window.

I spent the night in this place while passing through. Everything was very good, the staff was responsive, the hotel was clean, the room and the bed was comfortable enough and the breakfast was very tasty. I liked everything here.

No vegan options, no plant based milk at the breakfast buffet . It really should be a standard these days. There are many people with allergies etc.
Typical Czech-style hotel, a bit older for the first sight but the rooms were renovated and clean. The staff was lovely. friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good, although no vegan options. Make sure you take your own milk:) Bed could be comfier. Restaurant actually exceeded my expectation, it is rare to see a list of allergens in the Czech restaurants! But again no vegan options. Overall it was a pleasant experience, ideal for what we needed. We traveled with 6m old baby and it was all fine (bear in mind the hotel has a lot of stairs, unless you choose the bungalow. There is a small park around the corner for a walk. Otherwise nothing special around. Gets noisy with the trains passing by.
