There is no elevator for all rooms. our room is far and we have to carry our baggage by hands. Even the receptionist help us, I felt very sorry for him.

Breakfast is from 7am, that is suitable for people who want to go out early. The receptionist help us with baggages.

The hotel would do with a little updating and refreshing. But it didn't matter to us that much.

Excellent breakfast with variety of foods. Rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. As for location, close enough to the center but still relatively quite outside. Many little coffee shops and wine bars in the area. Good transport links.

The room was unbelievably warm, I could not sleep. The room can not seem to be able to cool down even with windows wide open. Room is very small, it was fine for me as I stayed one night and I was alone but I'm not sure how it would be for longer stay with 2 people. The water temperature in the shower was jumping from warm to cold.

Knowing we would have a window facing one of the busiest streets in the city, I would ask for a different room. Yet it was acceptable but if I was going for business purposes, I would certainly prefer a more quiet room.

The location is excellent, very close to many popular places - within 30min walk distance. Metro is nearby for those who prefer faster transport and very nice pubs and restaurants are within a few minutes' walk from the hotel door. The breakfast was nice, always fresh and the staff was helpful all the time.

I gave a low rating because it states it is a 4 star and it is not. If they rated 3 star perhaps I wouldnt be justified in the low rating. No air con. Room was very small and hot. You can open the window but people park their cars right up against the window so no privacy. Pillows are terrible. You get what you pay for but it is not 4 star.

Location and helpful staff.Some rooms have stairs to access but reception assisted me take my bags up the stairs. Hotel has character. Bed was good. Location is very close to trains and trams. Several lovely restaurants and bars within 5 minute walk. Good value. You get what you pay for but it is not 4 star. The breakfast is plentiful.

You could hear people talking or showering in the next room through the walls. And no air conditioning. Maybe that was only the case in my single bed room. Besides that, everything was great.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the interiors were pretty, stylish and clean. And breakfasts were very good.

Unfortunately, room had no air conditioner, and during the evil hot weather in Europe it was a disaster. But it was only my fault; I didn't notice there wasn't AC in room describing.

Room was very noisy because it was next to the elevator. The floor was also noisy. Room with street view is noisy. Pillow was not so good. Parking is a bit expensive.
