Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyIn my room was many things broken. Shower cabin, the wall was dirty, room has a weird smell. And the HEATING WASN'T WORK AT ALL! I asked the reception to give me another room but that 2 nights in the cold room. When I was complaining about the room condition, the night shift receptionist put all in the computer. But next morning I was asking when they can fix it. The receptionist didn't know about the problems at all and was a bit rude to me. Finally for the last night I got a normal, clean room!
The breakfast was very good.

United KingdomThe bed is not comfortable to sleep in. Because it's an old building, you can hear any movement in the main hall, the noise from the street,anything from the neighbours in the next room. The hotel itself doesn't look like in the picture and I am not very sure why it has 4 stars. P.S. don't forget your earplugs!
The location is great, lots of markets around ,restaurants and metro stations are 5 minutes walking distance. Breakfast was fine, staff friendly

SlovakiaThe cleannes. There was mold in the bathroom. The marks from lipstick (I hope) on the back of the bed, and on the covers. The cleaners rushed our room when we were going out, without asking. They just grabbed the door. It´s quite unproffesional.

This is a good hotel to spend a couple of days in. The polite guy Vladimir at the reception helped us a lot to find a restaurant in the evening to have dinner. Please note that not all restaurants and cafes are open after 8 pm. The hotel also has an internal parking lot.

Already by tradition, when I come to Prague, I always stay at this hotel and recommend to everyone accommodation there. Respectful attitude towards guests, well-equipped rooms, good level of cleanliness and responsiveness of staff- all of these make this hotel very special for me personally, 'cause here you can feel yourself like at home. Special thanks to the personnel of the restaurant for the daily delicious buffet-style breakfast with various meals, pastries, fruits, and vegs.

HungaryFirst of all, it was impossible to sleep or just rest because the walls are probably plasterboard or something like that. Some reviews telling that the noise is because of the bad neighbors, but it's not, you simply hear EVERYTHING no matter how silent they try to be. Starting from the doors - you cant close them with doorknob, you have to shut them. Room: our window looked to a backyard, and walls, not nice at all and no natural light. This all would have been okay for a 2 star hotel for half a price, but this is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel.
Breakfast was aone of the better things, but it was still not good. Not a big selection and poor or average quality, not much fruit or vegetable, and every day the same. Location was fine and 24 hours reception worked, the staff was not friendy at all but they did their job so its okay. I was okay with the cleaning as well but I'm not very sensitive in this case.

United KingdomSmall room. Very noisy hotel, acoustics are awful, you can hear the staff very early in the morning and the guests (mainly school children on trips) in the evening.
Breakfast was plentiful, but not overly appetising. Coffee was good. Handy for town, 15 min walk or 2 stops on the metro.
