Office style drop ceiling and fluorescent light. Bed was too firm. No power outlets near the bed.

Location was nice, near one of the churches and metro hubs. The room had a mini fridge and high ceilings. The neighborhood was nice.

Cleanliness could have been better and the room smelled strange. Also the elevator didn't reach the floor I was in; this only involved half a floor of stairs but could be an issue for someone with mobility issues.

It is conveniently located as there is lots of transport options available.

The corriodors are not well lightened, you have to walk down the aisle and switch the light on in the corner. No facility is available such as sleepers, shampoo, etc. Only liquid soap for all cleansing.

The location is excellent; safe, quiet and easy access to public transportation. Price-quality balance is good.

The bed wasn't the best for two people because there were two connected single beds instead of a double and there was a small hole in between, but it's not a big deal, they were soft and nice. We didn't try breakfast, so I don't know the quality (it costs 10E extra), but I believe that the restaurant could be a bit more well-groomed.

Very good price-quality relationship comparing the prices in Prague during holidays. It is located in one of the best areas in Prague; all the good restaurants/cafes are nearby and it is very close to transportation (3 minutes on foot). The service was perfect and the room was very nice and clean, nothing was missing.

I had to wait quite some time to be serviced at the reception counter when arriving... Otherwise service was good. Bonus points to the gentleman running the breakfast!

When I first arrived in the room, there was a strong smell of chloride coming from the bathroom. In principle, it's great that they disinfected. But the smell was too much for me, I had to open the window for a few hours and leave the room. Wish they had done this prior to my arrival.

The location is great and the area is surprisingly quiet for such a central place. Otherwise, the "you get what you pay for" principle applies, don't expect anything luxurious or spacious. This is a great hotel to book if you're planning to visit Prague and return to your hotel room after a long day of sightseeing to take a nap. The hotel is about 45 minutes away from walking from the Astronomical Clock, the Royal Palace, and everything else that you must see while you're in Prague. There's also a metro station nearby and there are some supermarkets and restaurants just around the corner.

Front desk staff member was a little bit scattered and confused. Do not go if needing a wheelchair or have heavy bags because the elevator is on every half floor so you still need to use stairs.

Very simple room, ok ensuite, nice beds. Very short walk to 2 amazing cafe/restaurants. One for dinner and one for Breakfast.

Very kind and welcoming staff. The room and the bathroom ware clean. The position is perfect since the city center can be reached easily with a nice walk. There is also a close metro station (two minutes walking from the hotel). Free wifi is available. Definitely recommended.

The TV was working but there was no signal. When we requested for the room to be cleaned we expected the floor to be vacuumed as well but it wasn’t. Apart from that everything else was cleaned and changed.

It was easy to communicate with the staff. Upon arrival everything went smooth and fast. One thing that was really convenient was the option to pay in euro cash. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, the view was also nice. There was a small fridge which was really nice to have. Also the location is perfect, there are stores working day and night two feet away, there are lots of places around where one can grab a coffee, some breakfast or lunch. And metro and tram are easily accessible from where the hotel is located.

Through last-minute booking I got a big room for just myself for a nice price, which was really nice. Very friendly reception, even though I arrived late and left early in the morning, no problems, very nice.

Other than a slight glitch in the cleaning process, we didn't have any issues, although I think the mattresses aren't the comfiest ones in the world.

The hotel is not in the busiest part of the city, but it's easy to find. The staff members we met were absolutely nice and helpful, and despite our late booking and short stay, our room was decent and comfortable enough. I appreciated the refillable soap containers. Good value for money.

location is not the best. it’s on a hilly area. the AC was quite noisy and needed as the room was hot. elevator doesnt reach the floor I was on, I struggled carrying my bag up the stairs. bed linen and towels can use some refreshment

There is no air-conditioning and even though the building is old and should keep air cool, it does not, so it gets very hot and does not ventilate.

Conveniently located close to Namesti Miru - close to the centre, but away from tourist crowds. The facilities are basic, but very decent. My room had a fridge and a workplace. Staff is helpful, wifi is stable. Breakfast is varied (sausages, bacon, cheese, scrambled eggs...), except the coffee
