Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomVery noisy with tram passing right underneath window No TV Curtains did not cover window fully so light came in early morning. The bar and restraunt area never seemed to be open. Staff werent friendly at all A review giving the hotel 9 appeared under my name despite me not leaving such a review
Location was good, round corner from metro station and tram stop on 22 which goes, upto Castle. And there's plenty of local bars and restaurants nearby.

UkraineThe hotel is not new, it has been there for a 100 years, and located in a old building. nothing can be done with that, but that may be important for some groups of people, so need to mention that. The room is clean, no stains or signs of old times, but they definitely need to make renovations from time to time. Feel free to reach the staff and clarify any question if necessary, as I said earlier - they are super helpful
The staff is really great! Friendly, helpful and caring, provided us with the room with bath so we were able to have a great rest after a long walking trip in Prague. The room was clean, all our requests were met.

I liked the view from my room into the courtyard with green trees, but even the room facing the street was quiet enough. This hotel is peaceful, in a great location and has the best staff. Everyone here is very friendly, accommodating and welcoming.

United StatesAwfull experience! They try to charge you as much money as they can. Stayed there for 7night - huge mistake. You have to pay by card in czk but to convert euro to czk they use enormous exchange rate! Even higher than in city center. In total I payed ~700czk more than I should. No reasoning why the exchange rate as it is. Unbelievable! DO NOT RECOMMEND! The only good thing there - nice people at the reception.

AustriaFirst of all, I requested a room with a bathtub, I got no reply so I assumed they'd give me a room with a bathtub. Upon arrival I was denied my wish. I would have appreciated it if I had known before. The room I got looked comepletely different than in the picture shown on booking.com.
The receptionist let my dog stay free of charge and he was very welcomed. The room was warm.
