When we arrived the heating was off and even though we turned it on maximum, it didn't get really warm during our one night stay.

Great location in the town centre, close to the cathedral, the Italian Court and other sights. It's a small hotel, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a good variety of options for breakfast and the room was large with comfortable beds.

This was a great place to stay. Large room, easy location by the bus stop, comfortable bed, and excellent water pressure (a big plus). The breakfast was good, too, and staff were responsive even over the new year holiday.

The only thing I would have liked was a table or desk in my room for computer work. I don't know if other rooms have desks. No elevator, which didn't bother me, but if you have trouble climbing stairs...

During our stay there were tropical temperatures outside (+32 degrees and more) and our second floor room under the roof was very hot because there was no air-conditioning available. Problems finding a parking place near the hotel, probably because of the top tourist season.

Always good to stay in these kind of hotels. Friendly staff , clean rooms with good shower, bed OK , good breakfast with enough choice , not overprized and a few meters walking distance from the center. Anything more You wish ? in that case You better search for something else and leave the possibility that ordinary people can overnight is this hotel . By the way.. vegetarians are at the right address next door (Čtyři sestry) they had some nice vegetarian meals on the menu.

Pretty much everything hit the mark for our stay in Kutna Hora. The location was ideal just off the main square. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of choices and was tasty. Often in reviews the physical entities of the hotel are focused on but I really want to mention that the staff at this Hotel were very friendly and so helpful. We dealt mainly with Katrina and she helped us in many way. She really helped my wife find a local hair stylist who spoke English plus was just very cheerful and friendly. Thanks so much for being there for us.

The shower stall is extremely small. Smashing elbows and knees small, just getting clean (great water pressure and lots of hot water though). The glass door only slides halfway so you have to get in sideways.

The location was perfect—right off the square, a few feet from the bus stop for Sedlec. The room was very clean; comfortable bed. Staff was pleasant and helpful (not always the case in Czechia).

When we opened the bag of toast bread that was there for breakfast, the first slice was mouldy, so the whole bag got taken away. As it was obviously the only one they had, we had to choose something else.

Great location around the corner from the main square and a few minute walk from all the main landmarks. We had two rooms (they accommodated our request and gave us rooms on the same floor) and both were spacious, warm and with comfy beds. Water in the shower was really warm, which was great after a walk in the freezing weather. Our room had a lovely garden view with the town at the background. The receptionist was very friendly and recommended a great place to eat (pizzeria Piazza Navona on the main square). Breakfast was tasty with a good choice of cold and warm food and drinks. The hotel is fairly small and quiet.
