Shower without a curtain, can get messy, but no other complains.

The place was super clean and with everything someone needs for a short stay. The owners were super friendly and let us leave our luggage before check-in time (German speaker, but can communicate a bit in English). We choose this place as we were rafting and the boat company was across the river, super easy. If you like to walk, it is a easy 15 min walk to the city gate/20 to the castle. Parking is on the street, in front of the building.

The apartment is spacious and spotless. You can see the castle from the balcony. We prepared our breakfast in the fully facilited kitchen and enjoyed it in the balcony with beautiful sun and scenery. The old town is around 20 minutes walk from the apartment. However we drove the car and there are plenty of parking lots. Highly recommended Adam’s apartment.

Can’t really say much on the negative side, perhaps fixing or replacing the existing curtains as when the sun rises light is a bit annoying, that’s all.

Location is perfect. It is really worth the money. We needed to go from Czech to Germany and around and it is more than suitable for us. Two showers and a separated toilet is a great thing. The host are more then friendly.

The hotel owner is very hospitable. Parking is available in front, and it's convenient. The rooms are big and the kitchen facilities are very comprehensive and clean. The room decoration is warm and cozy, making it worth a stay.

I bit far from the city centre, around 20 minutes walking. Not a big issue, but if someone who can’t walk much is travelling can be difficult.

The staff were very kind and friendly, the room is very spacious, as the kitchen too :) They let us keep the luggage at the accomodation until our bus departure time, we are really thankful 🙏🏻

Great location away from noise of downtown. About kilometer walking to the center. Staff was great! Fritz and Jana were great hosts! Breakfast was great and at timed perfectly! It was very pleasant options. We enjoyed our stay there. Very easy to park car right under our balcony.

Nothing to point out

The owners made us feel so much at home. The apartment is simple but with everything you may need. Also, about 15min walking to center of Cesky Krumlov and 5min by car. Really recommend it.

It is unconvenience to use bathroom. Prople live in second bed room must go through first bed room, then can use bathroom, and kitchen. The location is a little bit far away from old town. 1.3 km, and 20min walk about

Shower didn't have a lockable door and water tends to leak a bit so you need to let the others know before they slip.

Staff were friendly and provided a great breakfast. Favourite part was relaxing on the balcony with a great view.
