How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Breakfast rather limited especially for vegetarians/vegans - no soya milk. No lift: it’s an old building so totally understand why no lift, but lots of steps if on third floor to carry luggage. But this would not put me off from staying again.
Great local and next to the main bus station. We had a Large attic room. Quiet stay. Clean room and hotel. Staff were lovely and really helpful when needed. Will come back here.

Room was a little small for four people (2 adults + 2 children), but the price was reasonable.
Central location for Kladno town. Very helpful, friendly staff. Very good wifi. Nice historical building. Excellent breakfast. Free parking outside. Close proximity to Prague airport (15 mins by car). Kladno itself has some good places to eat and drink and some great coffee shops. However, it is very quiet compared to Prague itself, which is about 20-30 mins away by public transport.

Location near city centre. Parking, coded door handles. Breakfasts was sufficient, nothing flamboyant, nevertheless I haven't died starving ;)

Our room was noisy because facing a main street. So at night we gad to keep the windows closed snd then it got too warm. Pillows were s bit small.
Central location and also near escaping in green for running and walking dog. Very special architecture and decor. Nicely renovated. Clean. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast, something for every taste. The Alfred app for checkin and checkout is user friendly and efficient.

Not very clean (few coffee spots on the floor). The activation room code was changed before leaving.
Close to the old city. Friendly people at reception, cosy room. Very good to spent few days for business purposes. Probably one of the best hotels today in Kladno.

The elevator is missing, some additional bath stuff (shampoo, conditioner, body cream) would be appreciated.
The hotel is very clean and the personnel professional and aligned with the expectation of an international audience.

The receptionist was rude and made an inappropriate comment at check in. Also, I specified a room with a double bed, but was given a room with two single beds pushed together, and was easy to slip through the gap in the middle of the night. It made for an uncomfortable night, along with the rude comment from the receptionist at check in. I will not be staying at this hotel on my next trip.
Hotel itself was ok, good location for Kladno, breakfast was ok and the rest of the staff were very nice.

Checkin process took more than an hour. They were manually entering names addresses visas details for each person. Doors cannot be locked from inside room. There is only numberpad camera locks on every room.
Spooky was first impression. Too secure making it feel like there is no escape. No people around just one receptionist.

There is no elevator to get off the ground floor. The room we had was stuffy and smelled funny and the curtains were falling off the wall. FYI, not the hotel's fault but be aware that the hotel is on a one way street and both Google and Apple maps don't understand this.
The room was sizable, breakfast was adequate. The cleaning was good as we left quite a mess each day due to attending an event nearby in a field so fair play for not charging us extra for that.
