There is no after hours room service. Although there is a 24 hour self serve shopping /area the food options are chocolate and potato crisps, which is simply poor. We stayed in winter, the area had NO restaurants that were open for new guests after about 8.30pm. Know this is a quiet and sleepy town.

Not sure why only the 'suites' on the top floors have a balcony. Also, no AC in such a modern building in the rooms. Wired. Plus no options where to put your wet towels to dry in the room (since there is no balcony and the bathroom is tiny) and no fridge / mini bar in the room. I think for 300 € / night these things could be included.

Food was really awesome! Big variety of meals, we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Great vegetarian options, lot of vegetable dishes, many different salad variations but also the possibility to create your own salad. Loved it. Was already full just eating two salad bowls and there were still the cooked vegetable options like green pees with tomatoes, etc.

Long lines for everything during breakfast. Busy elevators while the staircase was convoluted with doors at the first level. But theese are minor inconveniences. Overall the hotel and the location is worth the price.

Location is excellent, beachfront hotel. Close to good restaurants, everything in Warnemünde as well as public transportation. Parking was comfortable. Staff nice and helpful. There was free coffee and cake at 14.00. Small kids pool was clean and warm.

I had gastro whilst there, no medical assistance at all. the head waiter kindly told my friend he would pay for a taxi for me to go to the hospital if needed. I had no kettle to make myself some tea. The room wasn't cleaned properly the first time so head cleaner came in when I asked for the toilet floor to be cleaned properly. Good at taking the money but poor customer service if you become ill. No fault of hotel that I became ill but I was still a guest there.

Would have liked mini-fridge in the room for cold water and snacks. Room service was sporadic. The hotel was quite crowded with families with babies and small children so not the best choice for senior guests. Price was high compared to expectations.

Location was near the beach and easily walkable to town center. Rooms were designed for efficiency but stll comfortable though small. Breakfast was plentiful and quite good.

Sauna was too cool.

Awesome place for vacation with kids. We liked pools, there is two for adults and one for kids. The sea view was awesome & warm outdoor pool even in mid Autumn.

The room, although spacious was not as clean as I expected. The bathtub, the couch were not clean as well. The room lacks some basic amenities such as a kettle, cups for coffee, no refrigerator, no safe to store valuables, no phone to call the reception so probably no room service too.

The Hotel is located in front of the beach with an amazing view from the room. The breakfast was very good with enough choice, a very ambient restaurant with a little play corner for kids. Perfect for families! The spa area is amazing with a kids pool as well. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful!

We stayed at the aja Warnemunde prior to boarding a cruise. We wished we'd had at least another day! The hotel is beautiful and bright with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. It is adjacent to the promenade and easily walkable to the city center. It is a perfect location for a holiday and not far from the hofbahnhof. The staff are helpful and friendly. The town is just lovely. The breakfast was ample and delicious.

The rooms don’t have ACs and it can get pretty hot during summers (even with the open window). A stand fan in the room would be great.

The location is perfect! The facilities are great! The breast and dinner spread is amazing! Totally recommend having the beer burger at the bar! Overall it was excellent!

Beautiful, well kept hotel with fantastic facilities. Our room on the 11th floor had spectacular views and a nice balcony. Breakfast was solid. Everything was within walking distance. We will definitely be returning soon.

The property is great , we spend 3 nights. Warm swimming pool and sauna makes the difference, it was also provided towels and comfy robes I also like the breakfast and the small market connected to reception. Everybody speaks English, so the language is not a problem

Nothing bad, all is fine.

The food was, ask always, wonderful. We are always looking forward to the freshly made omelettes and we are never disappointed. We had booked with dinner which allowed us to stay seated and play cards for long after the actual eating - this would not have worked in an external restaurant. The spa was great (as always). The staff, again, was super helpful and friendly. We love the view and the location at the beach.
