The walls/floors are not well insulated and I could hear the people in the rooms around me. I’m glad no one snored.

The bed was very comfortable and the thermostat was easy to understand with the good directions posted next to it.

Access to floors is only through stairs which are fairly steep and small, difficult to carry luggage through. Our room was on second floor and this was a bit tiresome.

Visited on December 20, 2024, stayed only for one night. One spacious room for four people (2 single beds + 1 double), although we were only 3. On top floor of building with an attic roof, felt quite cosy. Adequate heating, temperature was nice. Minimalistic decoration, suited us perfectly.

However, we didn’t realize our room would be on the third floor, and there was no elevator—just stairs. This was difficult for my mother, as she’s in her 70s, and we weren’t able to ask for a change because there were no staff available during our stay. The hotel uses a self check-in/out system, and we received our keys from a box, which was fine, but it would have been nice to know this in advance.One other thing we missed was a kettle in the room for hot water, especially for tea or coffee. There was a coffee machine downstairs, but it cost 2 euros and was only available in the mornings, and there was no cold milk for coffee.Despite these small issues, we enjoyed our stay, and the room itself was very comfortable. Just a couple of things to keep in mind for future guests!

We stayed at the hotel for two nights with my family and were really happy with most of the experience. The room was very clean and tidy, and the cleaning service was excellent. It was spacious enough for us, with nice extras like a small fridge, extra blankets and pillows, a TV, and a balcony. On-site parking was also a big plus.

Low ceiling over the bed but you soon learn. Reception is pretty much self access via a key box which is fine but you can’t get info about the area until the next day. No lift but it’s the nature of the accommodation style - small Locally run establishment.

Liked location and easy access to city by the nearby S Bahn. Well priced for Munich. Train map available at reception. Off-street Parking was convenient, neighbourhood safe and very quiet. A few small eateries and plenty of bakeries within walking distance however car required for most restaurants. Just 8 mins to Odeon and Pizzeria Dei both well priced and great food. Small fridge in the room and you can request a kettle. Our room had a small balcony and plenty of ventilation. Breakfast for an extra cost but I didn’t see anyone having it.

We missed the possibiltity to make hot water for tea or coffe (an electric kettle for example).

Good location, very near to commuter train station. Easy access, free parking, semi separated room for our child.

The bathrooms were a little small. We had a few small issues which were quickly corrected by management who were helpful.

The hotel was in a good location for the train station into Munich. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our room had a nice balcony. There was free parking outside the property.

The only thing was that "no elevator", you have to take your bags / cases to the higher floors on your own by stairway. If they are heavy as we had - sorry for you). But this might be okay for a strong man.

Very quiet location and nice place to stay. We rented a car and they provided a parking - which was of great help for us. We haven't met any personnel until our last day - however they were in contact and we should note that the room cleaner has been doing the great job. Comfotable beds, clean facilities, nice area for breakfast.

Room in the attic, Bumped our heads several times. Since we were travelling with a toddler, not the best solution.

We had the top room - with no outer shutters so it was really bright in the mornings. The shower was also a reall pain as the curtain is not long enough, so it floods the room. It's hard to keep the curtain within the basin and have a proper shower in terms of wahsing your hair. This was really frustrating and definitely NEEDS attention.

We had a lovely stay.! The location is great for a quieter place, only 400m from the train station and 25 minutes to the city. A super comfortable room which was nice and clean.

Coffee 2 euro a cup. It was ok that there' was no breakfast, but a coffee or tea would have been nice. Mattress was kind of lumpy.

Nice balcony. quiet location. Staff friendly. Fridge in room was nice. Fridge w cool drinks in hallway on honor system at 2 Euro a beer water, soft drink, etc was nice. Plenty of parking.

Price-quality is outstanding. The room for three was spacy enough. The beds were very comfortable. The place is very quite. Highly recommended for one-night stop on the way to Italy.
