Breakfast room is on the small side when bigger groups / families arrive at the same time but the buffet was restocked very often so no lack of food. The only thing missing was a box of tissue in the room.

Great hotel, very friendly staff. Free parking on site. I had a nice, big 1 person room (315), very quiet (at the end of the corridor). Comfortable bed. Small attentions for dog (bowls and a treat). Environment conscious : clean up done when you leave unless you request otherwise. There was a chocolate St Nicholas outside my door when I came out on the morning of 6th of December ;-)

It was a bit far from the center but it’s really personal.

The hotel seems quite small but very comfortable. Everything was clean and good cared. There was coffee or tea available in the room as well as in the reception. During breakfast, the attentive staff was ready to help and repose all what was left. Definitely recommended.

As a 22year old woman, for me the area wasn’t very inviting for an evening walk or to explore around the hotel. The location was very convenient because it was just a 10-15min drive to city centre of Münster.

The property looked amazing, very modern and neat! The rooms were very beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything you need for a nice stay.

We had dinner there once during our stay. It was ok-ish but not great

The staff are super friendly, the breakfast is good with fresh fruit. The hotel is located on the grounds of a hospital and assisted living group homes and a lovely park. The hotel is super clean.

It is not close to city center. It can be an option if you want to be in the nature

Being on hospital grounds, the service vans started very early and and as I sleep with windows open it was noisy from around 04/30

It was sometimes a bit surprising that the hotel is surrounded by people with disabilities. One guy was following my dog, the guy was mentally disabled but it was a bit strange.

What a wonderful place! We didn’t realise the philosophy behind the whole community before we arrived. This is a hotel and a community with a mission and room for people and staff with special needs and challenges. So heartwarming! It’s like entering a modern monastery. Calm. Clean. Friendly. And dog friendly too. We brought our little dog and it was greeted with a treat and QR codes for special dog paths in the park areas that surround the place. Highly recommended if you’re on a road trip and need a perfect landing. Just be aware that dinner closes at 20.00 - good food, not fancy, reasonably priced. Wonderful breakfast too BTW

The kitchen closed at 8 pm and we arrived 8:15 because og an accident on the motorway so we had to drive into the town to get dinner

The attention for the environment and sustainability is fine, but I found the instructions for separation of waste a bit of a hassle: please place 3 different waste bins in ONE location, for example in the bedroom: one for paper, one for plastic, one for the rest.

Part of the staff is not run-of-the-mill (be surprised), and I found that very refreshing. Room and bathroom are quite spacious. Peaceful location. Location outside Münster is fine if you come by car (as we did).
