FinlandI’m used to thicker pillows the bed. TV was not very easy to use. Sometimes hard to communicate (only German)for English speaking guests. These were minor issues, I truly believe this hotel is one of the best around.
Old town atmosphere, location, great breakfast, friendly staff, great idea of welcoming beer in cooler.

DenmarkI suppose one thing could have been better. Cleaning staff tended to assume that I was an early riser, when in fact I'm a very late person. Good thing is that they provide you with a "Do-not-disturb" sign for the door. But really, none of this is actually a big deal.
Overall it was a great place with nice staff. Breakfast buffet had lots of good choices. Room was spacious, and with a great bathroom/shower. The complimentary pilsners in the fridge were a really nice touch. They also provide a lot of dishes in case you wish to prepare your own meals. Coffee maker in room.

GermanyThe freezer compartment in the fridge had been screwed closed. This was a big problem for us as we needed ice for our evening drink. When bathroom plug was closed it was very difficult to open using the plunger. No other complaints
In spite of it being very central, it was still quiet. The apartment was roomy and not cramped and stylishly decorated. We had a balcony which was lovely for the evenings. The sauna area was lovely. Parking was good but limited when more guests arrived. Breakfast was sufficient with enough variety. shopping and restaurants were all close by.
