The wifi internet connection wasn't good in our room. Maybe better at other locations.

The hotel is thoughtful enough to provide mini fan during the summer. There is a supermarket (Penny) behind the hotel and you could do some groceries too!

Many things look shabby, towels are washed to holes, the shower is clean, but in some places it is rubbed.

The staff is polite, the location is convenient, the room is clean, the bed is comfortable. Good for its price, would stay again.

The lack of the making coffee or tea in the room and a refrigerator.

The size of the room. We stayed with a family of 3, two adults and one child. It was very spacious with even a sofa, a small dining table, chairs and a desk.

the second staff member was kinda more on the rude side because we spoke English.. the rooms were cute and old fashion but there is no ac only a fan so if it was hotter it would’ve become a problem! also the wifi never worked , so that was rather annoying .

Yes: the hotel needs a bit more maintenance and everything looks old.

The cleaning Is necessary check all the detail of the room. Need to be improve. And I would like the hotel have some tourist information, for to know what we can see in the city, and document in the room with the relevant information about the hotel (check in/check out/ breakfast time/ Wifi, etc), but in general was pretty good, so, is a option for book it again :D

The breakfast was pretty good, you can find different options, fruits, juice, variety of warm drinks, etc. The schedule for the breakfast was also really good. The price/quality of the booking was really good, we got a good room with terrace, big one from the hotel, so was great to have some room with a lot space 😊

For that money it is great, the rooms are small but quite enough for sleeping. Relatively close to the City Center, by Taxi you need 12-13 euros to the center.

Need to park on the street and pay for it, No parking arranged, hard to find in Stuttgart with 2 hotels with the same name! Check out staff was grumpy. Lift doesn't go to the top level.

The nights were very noisy, with disturbances both from the street and within the hotel itself, making it difficult to rest. The room lacked shutters, which let in too much light and impacted sleep quality. The overall appearance of the hotel was outdated, but unfortunately not in a charming or well-maintained way.

The location was convenient for getting around. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean and tidy.

There was no hot water at all in the wash stand in the -4 weather, even though I repeatedly pointed out didn't bother to repair it. The breakfast was in very small quantities and had to wait to serve oneself

Promptly replied to my mail regarding Low Emission Zone and detailed where to get the sticker and price. The hotel was only 3 bus stops from the main station (5/10 minutes) and there were buses fro 4.00 AM to 01.00 AM

In the first day someone else managed to enter my room using another room's access card, (while I was in the room). This is a security issue.

The room is very clean, with a confortable bed The staff speak English and helped me with my questions.

I forgot my Apple headphones and Apple Watch charger on the bed in my room. And they didn't return them to me. They said that nothing happened. This is very unpleasant and low on the part of the hotel. They don't value their customers at all. I forgot my slippers and the hotel called me and offered to send them by mail. I am disappointed.
