Not a cosy place. Situated in an Industrial area. A bit poorly soundproofed.

Professionaly run. Easy going and easy access. Spaceous room for three. Resonably priced during European Championship in football (not our reson for the visit).

Nothing, we got exactly what we looked for, payed for and enjoyed the facility. Only missing thing, were the option to buy a beer, bottle of wine or soda in the evening (after a long drive, we could have used a glass of wine to relax before sleeping).

The room delivered all that were expected, well furnished, good bed, clean and all needed armenities available. Breakfast very well, something for anyone and a good variety, nice breakfast restaurant. Location suited us perfect and were chosen exactly for the purpose, very close to the Cruise Ship terminal in Hamburg. We did not look for scenic views from the hotel, such does not exist, but a nice, clean and easy access, arriving in the evening and departing with a cruise ship in the morning.

Beautiful big Room

Very nice and clean Room with almost all the necessary facilities …. Very hygienic and clean toilet with a best cleaning. Breakfast is very appropriate and delicious definitely recommend 1 thing is missing is just Microwave for warming the dinner

The hotel could be difficult to find as GPS navigated us to a road behind the hotel. The outside would benefit from modernizing and the location may put some people off the hotel.

Outside the city. Not very nice neighbourhood. This is not about the hotel but we had problems with Google Maps to find rhe hotel.

The way to S-Bahn goes through a small park which was a bit scary in the night.

Room was big and bright. Free parking. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, but everything you needed was there. Very close to center of the city - 3 stops to central station and 5 stops to city hall by S-Bahn.

Temperature in the breakfast area was horrible. No A/C there, and it felt like the cheese was melting due to the lack of air conditioning. Also it was a little strange to be in a breakfast area without any windows.

I liked the simplicity of the parking, as well as possibility for late check-in (must be agreeed)

The nearest S-Bahn station is about 10 min by foot. Quite difficult with luggage as there are constructions on the way.

A bit outside the town, so you need transportation. But works for us, as we were driving from Amsterdam to Oslo and weren't here for social purpose. But as I wrote, great shopping mall within short drive. 🙃

Very spacy rooms. Comfortable and free parking up front. Great air-conditioning and shower. It is more like 4 star. Not too far from Phoenix shopping mall. I will definitely stay here again.

Very thin walls, so we "enjoyed" noise of all the neighbours at any time. We cannot get breakfast, because at the weekends it starts at 8:00, but we had to leave at 7:00. We were told to get package instead at 7:00, but there were nobody that time around.
