Some of the staff are nice and some aren't. There's an asian girl in the team that doesn't really care for her job, she's unapproachable. On the other hand, Bruce gave as a friendly and warm welcome. Our room was dirty when we first opened it, the bed sheets were all over the place and there were pigeons inside the room, the beds had poop from the pigeons... when we went downstairs to show the video of the room, one of the girls just laughed and another guy proceeded to change the room, the new room was up to standards.

it is near the station, easy to get from the airport, easy check in/out. The surrounding area can be scary at night but there's a lot of restaurants nearby.

Bed: bunk beds make sounds and shake whenever you move. My bunk bed pal and I are both small female. You can feel the springs of mattress. Shower: only a curtain as a door. There are no real doors. So… be prepared to see other people naked. Staff: it was always under staff. You need to wait for long time to do everything. Location: not a safe place. (I traveled alone in South America.) if you want to stay here, do NOT go back too late.

They have all the equipment you need as a backpacker. Locker in the room, laundry machine, kitchen, lockers for storage luggages.

Located in the center of Frankfurt's ghetto area, lots of drug addicts and strip clubs right outside the hostel. Shower was clogged, the entire floor smelled bad.

Location itself is quite active.

My boyfriend and I planned get some sleep for a couple of hours at night before our bus. It worked quite well. The hostel is located right at the main station, so it was convenient to reach transport. Inside the hostel it was quite and peaceful. We could use a kitchen to warm up our food and some cutlery were there for usage as well.

The only problem with location is that it is red light district but I will assure you there are police officers every where and people there won't harm you at all , but at the same time take all the cautions and you'll be good to go. And the only other problem with the rooms is eventhough I had single room and everything was good , the smell of toilets and wash rooms outside will come inside sometimes, other than this everything else was good.

I liked the atmosphere there also staff is professional and kind . Location is near main train station which gets good access to airport as well and also close to all trams and buses you need to access the tourists area. This hostel/ hotel is a good deal for the price.

For people who travel newly to this place, outside of the hotel doesn't look good at all.

The cost is low compared to other hotels nearby. Inside the hotel things are okay we can adjust for that price.

I dont like basically everything in this hostel. Its very filthy everywhere, when i go up to the floor where im assigned to. I can already smell the toilet stink in the whole floor. The toilet is horrible as it smells so bad its wet on the floor and toilet papers everywhere The shower is even worse. there were 2 showers, one was clogged and the only one left is filthy. Location-wise is very bad as most of the people said. Don't recommend for a solo female traveller. its dangerous even in the day time. I changed to another hostel after the first night stay.

Just one thing i like about the hostel is the staff. I requested a lower bed because my arm injuries. but sadly the beds is also occupied by another guest so the friendly staff was patient and arranged me to another room.

There are no doors in the showers, and no toiletries whatsoever. It would've been better if beds were already made but they provided a really useful manual on how to do so.

The location, despite being in the red light district felt safe and was near the hbf. The lobby was really cozy and there is an outdoor sitting area for smokers as well. There was free food in the lobby, and you can place your stuff in the cage if you arrive early and can access the lobby and the free food. The vibes are good and it's easy to make good friends. The room was spacious and had lockers. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean,

Very close to the main station. Restaurants and dm, Rewe are nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The entrances are under security, so I feel safe in the hostel.

I have never in my life checkeed out of a hostel before right after checking in, but this time I didn’t see another way. The hotel is in the red light district, which doesn’t feel safe even during the day. Then the bed was dirty, literally there were stains on the pillow and the mattress. The last drop were the people I would have had to share the room with… they made me feel uncomfortable by their stares. This one is not that important comoared to the rest, but the staircase and the hallways had a horrible smell.

The receptionist was nice and helpful.
