It's been over ten years that I have stayed there and it's starting to show. The locker boxes are broken the shower heads are disgusting, dirt in every corner, it needs a deep clean and better maintenance.

For my purpose of travel the location was perfect. Close to the central station.

When checking in at the hotel, I was asked for 10 euros as a deposit. I asked if it would be refunded or not. Reception confirmed to me that they are refundable. At check-out they will return them to me. At check-out they did not return referring to the city tax of 2 euros and some other costs. I was in a hurry and didn't bother to look into it, but it was not pleasant.

I paid for a room with separate accommodation and slept in a shared room. I paid more, but was placed in a cheaper room and the difference was not refunded.

One downside is the location - red light district. Lots of homelessness and drugs. When I left the hostel one night, a man was lighting up a meth pipe right literally right outside the door….

Nice facilities, comfortable bed with electric plug, clean bathrooms and showers. Has a kitchen, laundry facilities, and decent social areas. Big lockers under the bed to store stuff in your room. Location is very close to the central station.

At check-in we were asked for a deposit of 10 euros and were assured that it was refundable. At check-out, upon reminder, they returned 2 euros. Explained that it was a tax, but when booking the hotel its price on the website included all fees and tax. Very similar to fraud. If not this moment the staff behaved kindly. Very unpleasant to give 8 euros fraudulently.

Location was not good. It was noisy throughout the night. Room had a strange smell.

Location right in the middle of the red light district where drugs users are walking around constantly. They charge you extra for your bed sheets and linen when you arrive, and threaten to fine you if you don’t use sheets/linen.

Free tea, coffee and water. They have a washing machine and dryer, but only one of each.

It is located in Red light district, but it was safe there. As a female solo traveler I felt pretty safe. And also when you book a room, they text you notifying about its location and they give you a few hours to think and cancel if you change your mind.

Everything was very clean, I booked the cheapest room, but I had a good rest there. Breakfast was fine and met new friends there. The location of hostel is perfect, you can walk to all main spots from there.

Worst neighborhood you could imagine - full of unhealthy and unsafe people. Worst reception staff attitude I’ve met (an Asian girl) - aggressive and disrespectful.

The place is not safe for me because a lot of drugs and drunk people in the street In front of the hotel. Staying all the night shouting and fighting. It’s not comfortable for me to sleep well.

Unfortunately the property is in the red light district and not for the faint hearted. The streets are littered with drug addicts, prostitutes and public indecency.

The hostel was very nice inside with great common area offering a good breakfast and free tea and coffee all day

Road side rooms are so bad that you hear the nuisance In midnight and I couldn't sleep the whole night. It's really bad with bottles vein broken at 2 AM and all shouting nuisance at midnight.

The worst thing is the location, it is in the middle of the red light district which is trashy. But the red light district is small, and two streets over, the neighborhood improves.

The staff were all great, accept the blond Lithuanian that was a little bossy.
