Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HungaryLocation, not easy to get there. Not clean, perhaps it was true to my bed only as it was used as a storage place, and wasn't cleaned. Because someone took my box. Noise all night because of the fan and the AC. It's NOT a ROOM!!!! Misleading listing. The place is too small for that many sleeping boxes.
The manager/owner solved the problem that someone occupied my box, by emptying an other one. Interesting experience. With some improvement it could be a good place.

AustraliaWe didn't realise how far from the center was the location. There's still good connections with bus and trams. But at night time buses don't run. So it's quite a walk. Our bed wasn't clean. There was hair everywhere. And the bathroom as well. For the price we paid we couldn't complain much. I was afraid of the noises because the reviews mentioned how you can hear everyone around you. But was nice and quiet at night. Mattresses were thin and hard. Kinda like a sleeping on a tent. But overall wasn't as bad as we thought
We think the boxes are a cool idea instead of bunk beds. They are not too spacious for 2 people but okay for a short stay. We liked the pallets design.

LebanonOtherwise, 10 boxes were compressed on top of each other, in a super small room. It is not better isolated than a dorm, which could be fine if it was sold that way. Furthermore, it turned out that the owner decided to do a COVID test center, in this same 25-square-meter room, meaning that random people were walking into this tiny room at 7 am to get tested, they were speaking loud without any respect for the guests sleeping, it felt so intrusive and unconforatble. If the concept is totally nice, it could be much more enjoyable in another context.
The concept of the Boxes is really nice.
