The pillows could have been more comfortable but I just used both and bunched them up to create more volume.

The room was very comfortable and included everything I needed. I enjoyed the view, it was absolutely perfect! The location is very convenient with a train station right outside the hotel. One stop only to reach the BMW Museum/Olympiapark. There was included breakfast and a restaurant that seemed to be open at all hours. The staff were helpful in giving advice and I would stay here again when next in Munich. Good foyer/lobby area to wait in also.

Parking space was limited which was somewhat a surprise as hotel description promised something else, especially when arriving very late in the evening. Parking was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Bring your own pillows.

Easy access, okey hotel and room for a short stay and for this price level. Even though the breakfast restaurant was very crowded and busy, the breakfast was okey (we were there on a Sunday morning) and the restaurant personnel seemed to be in the morning very efficient.

The hotel is located close to the BMW welt and the U-bahn station is in front of it. There were many guests, so one should have waited a bit to get to the breakfast room. But the staff vas really well organized and helpful. The room and the bathroom (with separate WC) were nicely furnished and clean.

Room is small, the desk is mini and there is no chair, instead the ball for seating is very uncomfortable.

We stayed only for one night to attend a concert at the Olympiahalle and the hotel had everything we needed & wanted. The location was exceptional, the Olympic park is gorgeous. Breakfast was sufficient & even though there was a lot of people there was no crowds.

Card terminals didn't work in restaurant for at least one week as we stayed two weekends in the row, on the way to alps and on the way back from alps.

Parking for 18 euros. The hotel is big and the breakfast room was really packed up with people. It was necessary to wait for a free table.

I liked the room itself, spacious, comfortable and clean with a magnificent view on the Olympiapark. Nice that the bathroom and the toilet were separated. Very practical. I also liked breakfasts, although I would appreciate a bit more fresh vegetables and fruits. The staff was very efficient and well-organised, and in spite of the hotel being full managed to refill everything quickly. U-bahn station in front of the hotel.

The beds were rock hard, and we have extra firm at home. The pillows were also very flat. The stay would’ve been nearly perfect if the beds and pillows were comfortable.

Cleaning is extremely weak - the appropriate personnel clearly is not qualified enough and requires training: hair on the floor, hair on bed linen, stains on window curtains, forgotten prior guests used towels left hanging on the hooks. Pillows have no sense at all - too thin making it not comfortable to sleep.

Good location - right near the metro station with perfect connection to major attractions, helpful staff on reception, convenient parking, good breakfast.
