Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIf I was being picky the air con wasn't working in the room but it wasn't a big deal as the rooms temperature was more than comfortable. Breakfast got busy but we were soon sat at a table so again no big deal at all.
Chose this place as was visiting Munich for the Ed Sheeren concert on 11/09/22 and couldn't of chosen a better place. The location was perfect. 20 minute walk to The Olympic Stadium where the gig was taking place. A stones throw away from the U-bahn and only short train ride to the centre of Munich. Our room was spotless and cleaned everyday. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was plentiful with ample choice including a separate vegan section. Also the beds were very comfortable. I asked for 2 extra pillows and these were in the room within 5 minutes.

Close to the train into Munich centre; convenient access to Olympic Park. Breakfasts were good, and dinner in the restaurant was enjoyable too.
