Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. AustraliaBeds were a bit hard but I think this is a German thing? Can’t even get a drink of water at reception/restaurant. No tea and coffee facilities anywhere. Must pay for coffee from automatic machine (except at breakfast time).
Very close to metro (escalator down into station is right outside the hotel). Close to BMW Museum. Great for a family for 1 night - room was an awesome layout that felt roomy even though it was small. Toilet separate to bathroom with its own basin which helped for family if 4.

Germanybreakfast area overcrowded, hard to find seating; food offerings are basic but ok; staff overwhelmed with the amount of people, buffet lines constantly short of plates, glasses, long lines at the coffee & juice stations, tea not refilled, juice dispensers not refilled **** housekeeping staff was stealing cash money from a pouch inside a bag which was placed in a closed suitcase under the bed… 130€ gone …. makes me wonder how much time they spent searching guests luggage while the guests are away …we didn’t report this as we didn’t wanted this incident spoiling our new years, spending time with the police rather than enjoying the festivities in town

United KingdomThe rooms are small and bunk bed's uncomfortable. Very hostel like. No condiments in room. Breakfast was poor, with not a lot of variety compared to others we have stayed in.
Parking was accessible and easy to locate. Location is fantastic. Subway is in front of the hotel for easy access to the city. Receptionists are friendly and helpful.

United StatesThe room for the first night had luggage racks but the second time there were no luggage racks had to use floor. also price for parking could be less.
We always stay here when coming to Munich. The location to the subway is a big "plus" and the variety of breakfast foods is excellent. our accommodations were good as always. The check in staff was super. Availability of underground parking, for a fee, is nice.
