Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. United KingdomThere were large tour groups staying in the hotel, who came back late and made a lot of noise in the corridors, enough to wake me up on one occasion. That was the only downside to this otherwise perfect hotel.
The hotel had a U-bahn station right outside, and was only 10 minutes from central Munich. There was onsite underground parking, which was useful for me. It was easily accessible by car. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was generous, bed and room were comfortable and the shower was great.

United StatesEven though the breakfast was really nice they should have been a change off menu everyday we had the same thing for our whole stay which really didn't make sense. And when we asked customer service for extra pillows they said they had no more pillows which really also I can't believe that all hotels have no extra pillows.
The hotel was clean very convenient Subway right outside the hotel the front desk staff was also very friendly and gave us directions how to get to where we wanted to do by printing out directions from the computer and the breakfast was good.

RomaniaIt is a huge hotel and it might be overwhelming, sometimes even a bit chaotic. Of course, there is room for improvement (maybe 2 pillows per person), still we recommend this hotel to our friends.
We liked everything, the rooms (basic but comfortable), the breakfast with good quality products, the U Bahn is right in front of reception. They didn't have a family room , but gave us 2 double instead, we didn't mind as it was a fun experience for the kids. There are a lot of young people, and families, we liked that, it felt like a college dorm.

United StatesThe mattresses were hard, the pillows were flat and only 1 per bed, and I hit my head on the corner of a bunk bed. If there had been a topper on the beds, better pillows, and some bumpers on the corners of the beds the stay would have been perfect!
Location! Walk out of the hotel and directly into the Oberwiesenfeld stop on the U3 - without crossing a street! Cleanliness! The room didn't have carpeting, so you could see the floor was clean. The room was cleaned everyday. Room organization! The WC and shower were in separate rooms - perfect for a family of 4 to keep things private. There was ample space under the beds for storage. There are no drawers, but plenty of shelf space. Bunk beds - kids enjoyed having their own beds. Each bunk bed had its own lamp and electrical outlet. Food! Good breakfast. Many coffee and food stations made for minimal wait times. Not a huge variety, but good choices. Café was open all day with good prices. Employees! Clerks spoke English well and were helpful with luggage storage and taxi assistance. Each piece of stored luggage was tagged individually, ensuring your luggage would not be accidentally taken or missed. The duvets on the beds were nice and fluffy.
