Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesSo clean and spacious! The breakfast was excellent. The parking was convenient and affordable. The bathrooms were great because the shower room and toilet room were separate each with their own sink. The view was nice.

IsraelThe room cleaning wasn't great, they just made the bed but it didnt feel like they cleaned. They didn't take our my trash a couple of times. Once they came at 7 pm when i was in my room with a towel. They opened the door without knocking. Furthermore, for me there wasn't a propper place to work from (a normal chair to sit down next to the table and work). It was also very noisy. Everytime somebody opened a door next to me i heard it super loudly, it woke me up a couple of times. Not a good experience overall
I liked the location, it was right next to the ubahn. The staff were extremely nice!

United Kingdom-Found wet, used, hung towels from previous guests on our arrival - Most of the mains sockets were damaged and so my plugs wouldn't seat fully. When I reported this to reception at 9:00pm, they said they can't fix it until morning as technicians are not in at this time of night. My son's tablet was out of charge by the morning as it was plugged in to one of these dodgy sockets overnight. - Shower screen wouldn't shut fully and so water was leaking out of the shower. - One of the bunk bed ladder fixings was no longer secure, making banging noises when used in middle of night and also feeling like it will break any moment.

SloveniaAnyone staying here has to be very careful because the staff can charge you twice for the same room for the same stay. If you really have to go to this hotel, then insist on paying when you check out - NEVER when you check in. My advice from my staying here: - Do not fall for their trick that the last payment attempt failed.

NetherlandsPaid for parking but no parking space available. There is no mobile phone signal in the room and no wifi. There is no shampoo in the bathroom. The TV in the room could not be turned on. The worst thing was that at around 6am a sanitation worker knocked on the door and opened it with a key.

SloveniaWe arrived quite late at night. In the morning the stuff knocked hard and opened the door of the room without our confirmation and woke us up. It can happen, but this happened 3 times in a span of an hour (between 9 and 10), even though we put the do not disturb sign after the 1st time, they still woke us up 2 times (even coming in the room and not just knocking and waking us up), while we still had 3 hours to check out. It was very uncomfortable. We brought the issue up at the check out and it was not nicely recieved by the stuff at the reception as well. They agreed that it should not happen with the do not disturb sign on, but were a bit on the defensive side about it. Not the best experience.
Good location, quite cozy and easy to reach with a car.

United KingdomThere wasnt much but one thing that may put people off is the number of rooms. The hotel never felt busy outside of breakfast which at certain times was very busy (the hotel do recommend the best times to come when its not as busy).
The location was perfect, underground station was literally 50 yards from front door and I had lovely views of the park. The hotel had good simple options for lunch and dinner which was great on days where we were busy and didnt manage to pick something up to eat while out. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern, the shower in the room was very good. I would be extremely happy to recommend this hotel to family and friends if visiting Munich. Im already looking at booking again in the future.

SloveniaLocation didn’t work for us. Although three is a metro 50 m from the hotel, which is good, there is absolutely nothing in the surroundings- no bar, no restaurant, no shop, nothing. Depressing. Hotel is huge and dining room was overcrowded, we had to wait for the table, drinks, food. Some of the staff extremely unhelpful/rude. Pillows very poor, we couldn’t rest properly.

Because they have this cheap rooms with bunk beds was full of teenage people, very loud and of course not polite. No amenities facilities in the room, just a poor hand wash and not a single bottle of water. For this price I was expacting more!
The location it’s near the metro station. That’s the only thing I liked it.
