Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Israelwe paid an outrageous price for 2 rooms, each of double bed for a single guest. we got a room with 2 single bunk beds. it was a very uncomfortable stay and thigh I am visiting munich on a regular basis - I have no intention to get back to this hotel anymore. a great disappointment. and, if it’s not enough, th “compensation that they offered me was a “drink” in their bar(!!) unbelievable..

GermanyPoor room cleaning, despite repeated comments to front desk. Poorly made bunk beds, which are dangerous for kids. No kettle in room. Lack of room furnishing, poor maintenance of room (vent in toilet does not work). The furnishing of room shows lack of consideration for comfort of guests. This is more like a cheap hostel than a hotel.

GermanyThe room cleaning was poor, despite repeated comments to front desk. Bathroom was not cleaned, beds were not made, dirty glasses not taken away. The construction of bunk beds rendered them quite dangerous—definitely not suitable for kids or older adults. It requires serious maneuvering to get up or down. The railing on one of our bunks was failing apart and not secured—even though the hotel is still quite new. We find the hardware of the hotel to be shoddy and poorly made, unfortunately.
The location, right outside the U-Bahn station, was perfect. Takes 15 min to get to Marienplatz. On cold or rainy days, it’s a quick one U-Bahn stop to OEZ indoor mall. The front desk staff was always helpful and kind. And, special thanks to the breakfast cleaning crew at the restaurant—hardworking and friendly service with a genuine smile.

RomaniaThere were some issues: - the towels weren’t enough upon checkin - it was corrected - but the next days the foot towel was taken and not replaced. - one of the hotel receptionist came with another guest and opened for him our room door while we were inside. I was surprised that this could happen but upon further talks it appears that the guest confused the buildings (as there is an aparthotel in the next one). However, it is disturbing that a minimum verification was not performed beforehand! - The breakfast area can get really crowded sometimes during the morning. Therefore, no sanitary measures can be really implemented. - because there is no carpet in the room (it has polished concrete) maybe some complementary slippers should be offered to the guests.
The location is excellent (just in front of a subway exit), also Olympia Park is nearby. Room was clean, breakfast (even though crowded) ok.
