How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

The AC is set to 18C but doesn't feel like it. The pillow is small and thin, my head shrinks on the pillow. Wifi is weak.
The location is very good, just a few steps to U Bahn. Close to Olympiapark and walkable to BMW world. The rooms are spacious. The shower and toilet is separated. The breakfast is good with a quite good variety.

The Wi-Fi is pretty slow in the room though at the reception it’s strong.
Excellent breakfast, the staff is very helpful, very close to the station, breakfast is also very good.

The AC in the room was not working even though it was already set to the lowest temperature, we were sweating a lot and opening the window didn’t really help. Idk how to write this without sounding like a madman but the first night I slept on the upper bunk without anyone on the lower bed, my bed would randomly shake as if someone was pushing it. It went on for quite a few times and obviously freaked me out a bit so I ended up sleeping with my side lamp on. Maybe I was just unlucky, who knows. Other than these two things, no complaints and would definitely recommend!
Great location - steps away from the U-bahn. Breakfast was good but keep in mind that it could get really busy during rush hours. Clean room and friendly staff.

Top bunkbeds felt unsafe
Convenient access to public transport right next to the hotel, underground parking and lovely breakfast. Great location with Olympiapark a ten minute walk away, Staff were also friendly.

Air conditioning not working. Pillows very hard and flat. Breakfast chaotic and a little basic. Overall a bit pricey for the quality of the accommodation.
Great location by Olympia Park and the U Bahn. Great shower and separate toilet. Fun bunk beds. History of the place.

The breakfast was not at the level of the hotel. not great variety . the bread was not fresh and the breakfast area is small for the capacity of the hotel.
the location of the hotel is in nice and quiet area. the U Bahn is in front of the hotel. easy transportation to the city. Olympiapark is great for walking .

Waiting time for the elevator might be long, not all the beds are comfy.

The breakfast buffet was somehow underwhelming, but it was included with the room so it is really no big deal. The high room got a bit noisy from the street, but no big deal.
The staff were extremely nice and the location was perfect to go to the Olympiastadium for a concert. It is also well connected by public transport, the metro is right in front of the hotel. The rooms are on par for the price and rating of the hotel.

Queuing to order dinner can be a pain when it's busy and solo travelling, trying to get a table as I wasn't comfortable leaving my belongings for a long time to queue. The bin in my bathroom was not empty when I arrived, otherwise the room was very clean.
Great location, right by the U Bahn making it a good base to get around the city. Olympiastadion is within walking distance too. Food was nice, no table service so lots of queuing to order dinner but if timed right it's ok.

The air conditioning didn’t really work. Since leaving this hotel, I’ve been to several other hotels in Europe with excellent air conditioning. At best, it’s 23c/75f so don’t pay premium for a/c in this hotel. The pillows are feather and go flat as a pancake as soon as you put your head down. The room didn’t have a closet but was for 4 people (quad room with 4 beds) so prepare to live out of a suitcase in a room that’s smaller than the elevator once you’ve filled the space with suitcases.
The included breakfast had good choices for both vegetarians and non vegetarians, both adult and children. It’s convenient to public transport and to Olympiapark area.
