Good location and not so crowded

The staff (especially breakfast staff) weren’t very friendly and gave the impression that they didnt really want guests there. At breakfast, we had to constantly ask the breakfast staff to move, as they were standing at the buffet area chatting and goofing around (i believe it was people from the kitchen mostly). We had the impression that we were bothering the staff, when we asked if we could access the food that they were standing and talking in front of. This really brought down the overall good experience and nice breakfast area.

The hotel is situated at very good location, very close to business park. It has good connectivity to buses, U-bahn, and there is a taxi stand next to U-bahn entrance. There are few restaurants in walking distances, italian, greek and some bars. Overall a very safe place. The hotel staff is very helpful and quick with check ins. The breakfast buffet had lots of options, there are 3-4 coffee and juice machines so that people are not crowding at same location. The breakfast area itself has 4 different design themes. The room on 11 floor had nice views to Alps and morning light falling on Alps feelings mesmerizing. Definitely a stay option for next time.

No housekeeping on a daily basis. We had to ask for fresh towels and a clean up at the reception, after a couple of days.

Perfect location! The metro station is in front of the main entrance. Spacious underground parking. Perfect if you are travelling by car.

The underground parking is a bit to expensive for hotel guest, 20 euros per night. The breakfast could have more variety as well.

The location is excellent, easy to find and just next to the U-bahn. The rooms are clean and tidy and the fast-food restaurant works until late in the evening.

Checking in was horrible very slow 🐌 and the staff were not knowledgeable about transportation.

The location was very close to the Ubhan. BMW Welt is right around the corner. The Breakfast was plentiful.

A kettle and tea and coffee in the room would have been great

The restaurant area was nice and comfy. The rooms were warm and clean and for the amount of people the hotel holds the room was quiet

No water kettle inside the room

Location is not inside the Old Town but it's just right above U-Bahn station, 9 stops to MarienPlatz (about 20 mins metro ride), 1 stop from BMW museum. A big shopping mall is 1 stop away. Staff are curt but polite. They have concierge service to leave your bags. Rooms are modern, shower pressure is good. Beds are comfy. However there's no kettle inside the room. You can go down to the canteen to get hot water/coffee/tea. Breakfast is included with good spread.

There was no seal on the bottom of the shower door so water overflows. It’s not a major issue.

Very close to the train station, so handy. Very modern and clean hotel. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of options. They were very flexible when we had to change the date due to train cancellations because of snowstorms.

The staff was cleaning the rooms around us in the middle of the night, making a lot of noise, moving furniture and banging doors. In the morning we went on a trip and because of that we couldn't sleep. There are no croissants or any other pastries for breakfast. The floor in the room is concrete, there is no carpet and it takes a long time to warm up. Coldness erupts from below

The hotel is clean, tidy and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is nicely organized and the dining room is spacious and comfortable. The metro is literally in front of the hotel. the coffee is excellent

We were given a family room and frankly, double decker beds are not my cup of tea.

The prices were very reasonable and affordable. The train station was just right outside the hotel, 9 train stations away from Marienplatz, very convenient. The ala carte dinner prices were reasonable and the food was nice. On our 2nd day of stay, we didnt want to drive to town after we checked out as parking would be pricey in town. Very glad to know that overnight parking at this hotel was for a full 24 hours duration. So we could take a train to Marienplatz, sight see and return to fetch our car.

Breakfast is fine but not attractive from a foreigner’ point of view

The room is ok for a family. Underground is just in front of the hotel. It is easy to get to city center. We arrive at around 11:00. The hotel gave us early check in. It is quite helpful.
