Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

SwitzerlandParking lots are really messy (spreaded around the parking down the hotel) and expensive for what they provide. Elevators are every tiem superbusy, since there are 3 elevators to 20th floor for the whole hotel. So expect to wait for them. In terms of policies: I booked by mistake wrong dates (Bc booking.com was proposing me by default dates I did not ask for), then after ONE MINUTE I canceled and re-booked with correct dates, after having send a message to booking and the hotel. I have been doublebooked (with wrong dates AND correct one) which made me pay double (200 EUR more is something I really hate). Booking told me to ask H2 to ask to refund me, and H2 answered me that the reservation was done by booking, like this: "Please make sure to contact Booking.com customer service since you have made your reservation through Booking.com site.". So the communication and level of service is really terrible. If they invest one minute more, they could have seen the booking/canceling/rebooking I did in max 5 minutes, and refund me without issues. This reboucing of responsibilities is typical of cheap-companies! So, be aware of it while you book.
Perfect location if you want to see Olympiapark, BMW Museum or Aquarium. To reach the Old City, you need to take the U-Bahn (subway/underground) that is just in front of the hotel. I liked also the quietness in the rooms and the size of them. Nice view over the Olympiapark and Allianz Stadium (far away but visible). Checkinh has been good, as well the checkout. Breakfast was adequate for what you pay: everything there: continental and english breakfast.

I found that the staff were supportive to everyone especially when we struggled to speak German. All of the services at the hotel had been clean unlike prior experiences which was great for a first time experience in Munich.

Included breakfast is large and has a good variety, fresh food constantly being rotated in. We stayed during Oktoberfest so prices were inflated but it was still better value for money than a lot of other accomodation offered at that time.

MalaysiaOur sink clogged, we called the reception & they mentioned that they'll get someone to come check right away, which is great & all except the part where no one came up at all. The pillows also have barely any content in them to require such big pillow cases.

Saudi ArabiaThe room needs a Kettle, sometimes I need to drink tea or coffee and had to buy. The cleaning staff didn't refill the soap in the shower even thought we asked, and had to use the one in the sink. The towels were accumulating in the room.
Great location, super comfortable room for 4. Breakfast was good enough. Very clean. It's right in front of the subway station. Very quiet and great environment at night in the restaurant.
