How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The late check in which is at 1500
It is in the city and near to everything. In the same time you can see a lot of sightseeing just walking

Dirty hall way - checkin machine slow and did not print - couple in front off me took half an hour - only pay one night at that machine - then later queue again with one person at desk who clearly did not manage computer - another long wait to pay second night

Found the rooms very basic, and I hurt myself on the stupid bunk bed. No subtitles (untertitel) on the TV.

I’ve stayed twice before. This time it felt chaotic. The screen check-in was a nightmare. People didn’t know how to make it work. It could only serve one person at a time, so a queue formed. The printer didn’t work so unless you had a phone (I did) to take a pic of the access code, people couldn’t get to their rooms. The reception opened later but staff were intermittently around but showed no interest. The breakfast was a shambles both mornings. There were no plates when I arrived the first day. Both mornings they ran out of bread rolls. On the first morning a restock of the freshly baked rolls produced just 4. It wasn’t much better on day 2. The bread rolls were in short supply until just 10 mins before the breakfast bar closed… then 20 appeared, too late for people to eat them. Plus the top of a stool fell off! Only one member of staff was there - until 20 mins before closing, appearing just when they were no longer needed.
The location is great.

The self-check-in system is inconvenient - there is no opportunity to leave the luggage before check-in in 3 PM and there is no stuff till 5 PM at the place. Breakfast is poor - no hot food at all.

Pillows were not comfy
Good location, easily accessible, clean. Breakfast is nice, small buffet but enough to get you started. Room was clean and pretty okay with space.

Check in process was caotic with 10 people going through the same machine. Took us 30 min to be able to access the terminal and get our room number and access code. Main door remains open all the time so everybody has access to inside the hotel.
Central location with 24h parking.

Very little space to store belongings in room. TV had no easily detectable subtitle programme. Bare bones facilities. Take your own kettle if you want a hot drink. No comfy chair in room, forced to sit on bed. Bunk bed system in room over main bed, felt claustrophobic and had to be careful not to bang my head on the ladder or stub my toes getting into bed Felt like a hostel, but charged hotel prices Room size adequate for one person but would have been crowded with 2 adults, and totally miserable if there had been a third using the bunk bed.
Great location. Used 6 digit code to access building, no fumbling around for key card. Nice showerĺ Clean

Stuff didn’t speak English very well and weren’t friendly. Water hits the floor from shower right in the room.

I had a feeling the location was not the best, but again the low cost overcomes the rest.
Cheap solution, 5 minutes away from the centre - by foot. Also the internal parking is certainly a plus!

The room was not clean when I arrived. So I had to change my room. Rooms are not noise proof.
It's close to the central station I walked 15mins from the central station. There are bus station close by. Lovely staff. Good location. Had a private shower and WC.
