How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ibis Styles Stuttgart Vaihingen, and it exceeded my expectations in many ways. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation and the city center. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. It had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. Additionally, the overall ambiance of the hotel was pleasant and welcoming. I was also pleased with the value for money at the Ibis Styles Stuttgart Vaihingen. It offered excellent amenities and service at a reasonable price point. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommended.

No parking except for on the street. Made it a little bit of a pain to unload and check in. I was able to find parking each night on the street, but there is some walking and time spent looking.
This room was pretty good for the price. All the things you need of a room. Comfortable bed and minimal noise from the neighbors. I did not pay extra for the breakfast, but they had a very good german breakfast selection. Clean and put together like you would want.

If it's written that the breakfast is until 10.00 the waitress should not bring the food away at 9.45

Rooms quite compact.
Clean and modern facilities, great shower. Good out of city location. Easy walk to tram and train stations (we bought a group day ticket for the tram for 11.60€). This is in a business district which means you will need to walk 10-15mins to local restaurants or eat in city centre.

Functional sparse furniture. No English language tv.
Comfy beds. Friendly staff. Free fresh coffee and tea in reception. Great value for £50per night per room. Great location- 7 min walk to S bahn (S1,S2,S3 lines), 3 min walk to U bahn, 5 min to supermarket and fresh bakery. 20 min walk to Vsihingen centre restaurants.

Room walls very thin as you could hear most of what was being said in connecting room.
Staff very friendly and ready to help. Plenty of sitting area in the lobby and outside. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Room was welcoming and clean.

Unfortunately we didn't have a fridge in the room. It was 35°c and we couldn't keep our water cold.
The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The free coffee and tea was a plus. Always found a parking space. The location is perfect.

We had two rooms, one had a quite narrow bed.
The breakfast was excellent and for really good price. Adults pay 13e and kids pay nothing. Not far from a nice park for my morning run. Check-in and check-out really easy. I just like Ibis in general.
