We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Good hotel option located outside of the central area of Lübeck. If you are by car this is a fair option to stay in. We booked a 4 people room and the same was very large, accommodating everyone one with certain comfort.

GermanyThe breakfast buffet didn't seem worth the price (8€ p.p), so we skipped it. The room was directly under the roof, and quite hot at times. Also, the stairs are somewhat narrow, and there is no elevator. Moving luggage up and down was hard work. The price seems a little high for what is offered.
The room was spacious and nicely furnished. There is plenty free (public) parking around, and public transport is close by. The staff was friendly.

GermanyAt the website when I booked was written that I would have a bathroom inside of the room, but was not. The bathroom was outside of the room, and it was super small. if you sat down on the toilet, you had no space for your legs, there was a wall directly in front of it, the wall directly in front, was even not a few centimeters frees and space for the legs. you didn’t had a normal mirror in the room also, the rooms was also not really clean, and when you look outside of the window, was kind of a roof terrace that was super dirty. The employers was also unfriendly. For the price I paid, I could take a hostel that would be much more better than that. I stayed one night there because I already paid and for the the second night I went in another place. i would not recommend this place for nobody, was a really bad experience. never again!
