The dormitory was way better than I expected. I took a bed in a 4-bed dormitory. Good location in terms of transportation facilities, sufficient facilities etc. Felt really safe Good and friendly staff.

Could have organised some events or given a few additional recommendations as things to do in Hamburg. Probably need to replace the pillows!

Stayed upstairs on the girls floor. Would highly recommend it as it appears a lot more spacious and modern than downstairs. Room was big, with large windows. Upstairs was hot as I was there in June but being able to leave the windows open at night was a plus. Met some great people and a good place for solo travellers. Free coffee in the mornings was great. Perfect location!

The pillows are tiny. Not really a problem for me, but I could see that being an issue for some. It would be nice if the lockers were fixed to the floor so they wouldn't rattle so much when being opened.

Great neighborhood and easy to get to by train from the main station. High ceilings and an airy room made for a comfortable stay.

Room was very cold at nights.

Room was big enough. There was enough air in the room. It was clean. Sheets were clean. Hot water was always available. I had locked iron cabinet. Free breakfast was good. Kitchen and shared rest room was clean and comfortable.

Only single issue I had was the shower. Great for saving water but I was traveling about 20 hours and all I wanted was to take a refreshing hot shower but the showers are tap and water cuts off seconds after so you have to keep tapping it for water to stay on. Again Great for saving water but bad if you want to enjoy a nice hot shower.

Hostel was great. Great location for bars and train station is about a 5-10 minute walk away. Restaurants also super close by. Reeperbahn only a 20 minute walk away which matters when trains stop going around 1230am.

You can sleep instantly, however you may be waken through the night a couple of times, thanks to a club around playing loud music.

Friendly staff, kitchen facilities and musical instruments are big plusses.

I wasn't prepared for the Hostel to be above street level. I have bad knees and stairs are something that I try to avoid. The 4-bed room was written as 'on suite' when the WC and Showers were actually across the Hall. No breakfast is scheduled during the week, although you are encouraged to bring your own food.

Staff was superior! Susa and Helen were kind and helpful. The facilities were simple to negotiate and everything is easy to find. Very relaxed. Coffee and tea are available 24/7.

situated just above a night club and it gets very noisy. there are windows above the rooms doors that gives on the corridors, which let light enter in the room through the night as lights are let turned on

The place has an excellent kitchen and large common space. The beds are a bit short if you are a long person. I slept well. A large place with some groups of travellers and some independent travellers.

It’s a backpacking hostel - there’s teenagers, just be aware. Also wasn’t quite sure how to open the Tresor to get my key - maybe a simple arrow sticker would do the trick.

Staff was super friendly, accommodating, quick to reply despite being a bit understaffed. Easy to find & amazing location.
