Excellent location, a few minutes from the museums and a few minutes from the Brandenburg Gate. The hotel is very comfortable and clean, with a varied breakfast.

The lighting in the room was poor - there were no ceiling lights in the room, only lights around the beds and a couple of floor lamps meaning you had to do your hair and make up in the bathroom as the lighting in the room wasn't good enough. The additional bed in the room (I think it was a sofa bed) was really low and not very comfortable so it wasn't great for an adult, would perhaps be okay for a child/children.

Hotel is in an excellent location with great public transport links - close to bus stops plus train & underground stations. The buffet breakfast was great - lots of choice and everything was fresh and good quality. All of the staff we encountered were extremely helpful and friendly. They offer a token for a free drink from the hotel bar if you decide you don't need your room cleaning daily which is a nice initiative and the hotel is well kept and always smells nice!

Excellent location right in the centre of the city within walking distance of many tourist sites. And adjacent to a train station for easy access to further afield and the airport. Quiet and spacious rooms with very effective window glazing, well equipped and maintained. Excellent buffet style breakfast with a super wide range of foods and drinks in a spacious dining room. I would definitely stay here again.

I had never visited Berlin before so wasn't sure where to stay, but the location of this hotel couldn't have been better. We were right next to the train station and a tram line, but so much was within walking distance. The room was quiet (which, because it was next to the trains, we were worried!). The staff was friendly and the sauna was a nice bonus. Highly recommend this hotel!

It’s a pity I didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel because I want to save money :)

The location is absolutely perfect! Trams, S-bahn, underground trains, trains are within one-minute walk! No matter you go to the central train station or the airport, you will find more than one means to get to your destination. Plus, there are many diners, restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity of the hotel: in the streets, the train station or a few minutes’ walk. Perfect!

The room was very specious and comfortable. We asked for a baby crib and we also got some toys for her which was amazing. We were welcomed with pastries, chocolate and water. We loved every second of our stay and would love to return in the future.

Only things were the bathroom that wasn’t as clean as I expected, and the shower design caused water to spread across the floor while showering.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I was able to make an early check-in the day i arrived which was very thoughtful. The location is fantastic - U-Bahn, tram, and S-Bahn stations are all nearby, and the area is full of great restaurants and cafés. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Would definitely stay here again!

Room is quite basic

The location is perfect. The activities is Berlin are fairly spread out so we needed to be near the train station. Plus still within walking distance of lots of nice restaurants and cafes

The air con in our room would not allow us to make it any cooler than 19 degrees which was too hot. We turned it off and opened the windows instead to let some fresh air in.

The junior suite was lovely & spacious. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great, so much choice and lovely food. The hotels location was really good to get around Berlin, you could walk to most things or the trains and underground were very close by.
