Room was a decent size. Hotel is 2 minute walk from Messe-Deutz station and 20 minute walk across the bridge to Koln Hbf station. Friendly staff, made us a lunch pack to take away as we checked out early. Shop in the lobby selling juice & beer

they took my private tower and can't find it back for me(but they give me different one to use). also it was too busy and Wasn't check me in properly from the first day(i stayed 3nights)

There were no towels, no soap, and no hand sanitizer. No Wi-Fi in the room. The Wi-Fi around reception didn't work.

The location is great! Also, I love the breakfast. The room with the lockable closet! Check-in time is adjustable.

Great location, 5 minutes to Koelnmesse, so if you have a job trip, it could be your best option for a reasonable price. Also, Bahnhof is nearby; you need only 20 min to get there from the Airport. Breakfast are included, nothing special but quite good

There is no soap in the bathroom and the neighbourhood is a little loud in the night

The rooms are very nice and have a private toilet and bathroom, which is great! There is a big locker which contains a smaller one, making it very easy to store the luggage. And breakfast is included! It's also a good location to easily reach Köln's centre

Maybe because there are a lot of students and some families with young kids, there was some thumping and banging noises at times from the neighbouring rooms. The staff does their job well, but to make the experience really great and give the place a better energy, a little more effort in friendliness could go a long way. Just a nice, warm "hello" when you arrive at the counter to check-in, for example. For the rest, a very fine experience. Thank you!

It is really well located and easy to reach. The facility is new and well taken care of. It's probably good to know that there was a mix of ages, but the target audience is definitely highschool aged school groups. There's a really nice, varied breakfast available; a definite plus point. Cleanliness was really on point, as well. Thank you!

We were absolutely happy with this place. First of all it is the perfect locatio. Rooms are very clean, also very nice breakfast with rolls baked directly in front of you. I stayed before, and would book this place again, when come to Cologne

Shower is great but it lacks a shower mat, every time you have shower, all floor is wet and there is nothing to wipe it out. The pillow is awful, it is very old and lumpy. Also I had a problem with the Internet connection, somehow I connected to it, but after a few hours the connection was lost and I couldn't rejoin the net. My roommates said they also didn't have the connection

The location is good, very close to train station and not so far away from the city center (about 20 minutes walking and 10 by tram). Breakfast is good, lots of options of bread, cheese, tea, coffee. The hostel has very green outdoor area. Room was clean it was very convenient that shower and toilet are in the room. Staff is very friendly and always in the reception.

No wifi in the rooms, only in the communal areas. If you’re unlucky to share with someone who is not considerate towards others in the room, the experience can be rather daunting. However, that’s not the hostel’s fault.

Location is great, opposite Koln Messe station and a 15min walk across the pedestrian bridge to the cathedral. The room is a nice set-up of 4 bunk beds with a separate toilet and shower within the room. All very convenient. Breakfast is also provided. Great value for money.
