The smell in the bathroom the last morning, like food. Even if being not so far from the center could be considered good, the streets around are full of drugs, prostitution etc. that is not nice in the evening or early morning.

Nice main room, nice breakfast and very accomodating staff: we had to cancel one night due to cancelled flight (strike) at the latest time and they did not charge it.

The water bar for the shower flow got very hot.

For a busy city, the room was very quiet which was great. The shower was excellent. 24hr reception was greatly appreciated due to unsociable travel hours of arrival/departure. Early check in was also appreciated.

There is no parking in front of the hotel, even for 5 minutes to leave your luggage. The people at the reception could send an email with instructions with the parking address which is on the street behind the hotel and you arrive exactly under the hotel which is good. I had no instructions and had to park two blocks away and on the way to the hotel I saw things that I didn't want to see in this life (homeless people and drug addicts).

It was very good, location, room everything. If you arrive by car, ask the hotel to send you the parking address and you will arrive exactly under the hotel.

Great location, close to main train station, restaurants close by, good supermarket next door, only 20 minute easy walk to centre of Frankfurt, very clean. Coffee machine in the room a nice bonus.

Whilst location was very convenient, it also housed a large number of homeless/addicts, which was a bit uncomfortable, especially at night

Not because of the hotel but because it is near the main station, the atmosphere outside hotel wasn't very pleasant.

The booking was for my customers. One of them wasn't well and the hotel let them go to the rooms before check in time, very cooperative. I only saw the hotel lobby which looked excellent.

Towels were very small and threadbare for a 4 star hotel

Room size outstanding with opening window. Excellent breakfast selection. Outstanding location 3 minutes from the main train station Hbf making it easy when coming from the airport or taking day trips out ofthe city. Within walking distance to some of Frankfurts main attractions

close tothe railway station (very ugly environment, however that is not the fault of the hotel) it doesn’t feel good to be there. hotel rooms somewhat not the usual mercure quality

this property was extremely loud! stayed here before, but first time with a street side room. one night there was EDM blasted from close by, starting at 230am and finally ending at 5 am. needless to say, when your body clock is off by 8 hours, sleep is precious! so we never really slept in 4 nights. once the music ended, the daily moving of chairs across the floor from the breakfast room began- daily. noise just translates through the hotel. not sure if I’m willing to go through this again on another visit.

Room very small. Items missing such as kettle and phone and towel heater not working.

Being able to buy late check-out. Also stayed in Mecure in Munich and loved the concept and helpful staff at both locations.

the hotel was great the staff was super nice, i just hated the area! so creepy at night and so many junkies... im sorry, it is not the hotel but be careful when you book in this area in general

nice staff good hotel clean rooms, security is very good there. despite the whole area is so shady, the street where the hotel is, is still fine but one block down it's the junkie street. of course we didnt know that and got a bit scared at night.
