How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The girl at my check in was not very helpful with information.
Excellent location. Comfy bed. An en-suite and lockers in the dorm room. On site bar. Most of the staff at reception were helpful.

There was no air conditioning in our room. It was realy hot and airless. Problems with entering in the garage due to broken system.

There is no air conditioning to speak of, so it was extremely hot and stuffy in my room. We could not open the windows because there were very loud guests outside singing and screaming until very late (11pm) Also the beds are very hard, but it's ok.
Simple and easy check in, nice staff and nice people in my room. The elevators are a bit curious but work well.

The room wasn‘t cleaned until a few minutes after 15:00. It was too hot inside the rooms. No available air conditioner and it wasn‘t possible to at least tilt the window. It was awful and it‘s not even summer.

The bed mattresse was too hard and not that comfortable to sleep on.
Nice hotel in great location right next to Olympiapark. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast area and food selection.

The air in the room got a big thick as we couldn't open any windows. Would have been better if there was a better air circulation system. Also seemed a bit unnecessary to have the TV running every time you went into the room.
Spacious room, that was clean, and okay beds, but could be more comfy. The bathroom was a nice and big.

I didn’t like the way students were making noise at the facility and also they’re very racist. When the elevator is opened at their floor they’ll never joined because I’m BLACK 😩 from Africa.

I did find a lot of general dirty around the bed structure and also on moquette in front of elevator, not nice the fact you cant open windows is very hot inside and the air is too dry , for the price is a lot of missing

All rooms and bathrooms should have an air freshener or at least a lysol pray. It stinks and humid. Rooms should have an air humidifier especially with no windows or windows that cannot be opened.

On the day of my check out I was surprised by a staff member that knocked and entered entered the room in less than 2 seconds saying "Check out", when it was only 8:45am and check out was at 11am. This was mentioned to reception but I still wanted to register how unpleasant and totally unnacceptable that was. I hope the hotel uses this opportunity to train their staff to avoid situations like this one.
Spacious room, easy to get there by tram or subway. Walking distance from Olympia Park. Very comfortable bed and clean toilet. I stayed in a room by myself, FYI.

The bedsheets had some stains in them.
Even though the room was a bit on the compact size, we managed fit all our luggage there. Bonus points for having shower and toilet in separate rooms to avoid hassle when multiple people try to get their business done in the morning.

The air-conditioning was quite loud and impossible to turn off (oppositely, they was no hearable noice from the streets under the windows).
Great logation for events in Olympia stadium, good price, clean rooms, nice breakfast (mashed eggs, beens in tomato sauce, cheese and salami variations, fruits and vegetables, yogurts, nice bread and pastry, coffee, tea and postmix juices).
