How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Size of the room and value for money was the main concern. Stuff whilst friendly were not overly helpful and if you wanted something the idea of bringing it to you did not appeal to them and he had to collect something items from the reception at various times.
Breakfast was great. Hotel by and large is clean and staff friendly. Room could have been a little bigger and view was not great. They has special rate that we missed because of booking with booking.com

It not a big cost for them, bring a pair of disposable slipper to rooms for guests. The rest is ok I would stay again in that hotel for sure.
It's a hotel very close to main train station. Clean, friendly staff, rooms are simple and clean. Check in-out was easy and fast. Good for short stays in Stuttgart. There is also a lovely bar and restaurant inside.

If I say that the room was 99 EUR per night and what I've got for this price, I have no any complaints, it was really good and could recommend specially for business travelers ;)
Friendly stuff on the reception desc Good quality of the wi-fi. Clean modern room in a perfect condition. Good location near the city center. Optimal room size for this price. Soundproof were perfect.

No kettle or beverages in the room
Strange to have no tea or coffee in the rooms for this price point. Had booked as the breakfast looked good but where travelling with our dog and the suggested he might be to big for other guest (about Labrador size) so had to go out for coffee and breakfast. Was central so short walk, but a coffee first would of been good considering we paid 140 for the night ☹️

limited space for clothing and suit cases, but fine if traveling light
The location is near the train station and public transportation. The quiet room faced a large, beautiful inner courtyard. Declining daily house keeping was possible. - four elevators - great beds

We had a standard room and for 2 it felt a bit small. We had to let the other pass in the room between bed and bath. You could barely move. Although the room is very nicely decorated with a seating area under the window.
The hotel is brand new, very nicely decorated with a lively bar Parking garage under the hotel. very convenient.

Awesome hotel. Great location. Only a few steps away from the central train station (Hopbahnhoff) and Stuttgart downtown main square. Beautiful room and building. Everything looks like new. Breakfast was awesome, many fresh options. Staff were so kindly. I will come back for sure!

The room (on the 6th floor) was very well decorated with a very large window with a view of the surrounding hills. Also, there were many places for a nice diner in the neighborhood.
