Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

CroatiaThe wifi is open to everybody and no password is required, which resulted in the message that the connected devices are vulnerable. I would prefer that a password is used/needed.
For my needs, the location was very good. It is very close to the main train and the S-bahn station (the entrance to the passage is 50 meters from the hotel). The room is not too spacious but has satisfied all my needs. Did not use the breakfast option, but it seems that the breakfast is nice and affordable (13,5 euros). The staff was very pleasant to interact with and have made my experience enjoyable.

GermanyThe breakfast spread was okay, but in my opinion, not worth its price.
The property is very modern with a very cool lounge/bar on ground floor. The room had a great size, was very clean, and the heated floor in the bathroom was a great extra. The staff was nice and helpful. Overall a short, but very pleasant stay.

United KingdomThe room was far to small, too hot and had to leave the window open and the breakfast was not good at all - not sure how you are supposed to digest food whilst slouched over on the tables and seats provided.
The shower was excellent.

AustriaUnfortunately we had a bad experience with the lobby staff. We were escorted out of the lobby area in the morning because they said it was breakfast time and we hadn't bought the extra breakfast but were just sitting for a few minutes before going out. We explained and asked if there was another area where we could sit without having breakfast, but there wasn't another area. Because breakfast is not in a designated restaurant area or anything, you just eat where you enter the hotel. So this lady at the bar was very rude and told us to leave the hotel, we are paying good money! What a shame. Either find a designated area for eating or don't make your real customers leave!
The location and room comfort is great. The facility is new and interior design feels cozy. You can reach the city by walk or quick metro ride.

AustraliaUnsure how this place has such good reviews - it is the worst we've stayed in, due to unbearable noise. The walls to adjoining rooms may as well not exist, you can hear every single word/movement/activity at every single hour of the night. For a new building this was atrocious, and given how busy it is, there's no avoiding being put next to people. Also, it's not an "easy 5 minute" walk from the station due to the building works, more like 10 if you happen to guess the correct underground tunnel (otherwise, 20mins+).
Bed was comfy and decent shower. Staff were nice.

AustraliaWe visited mid September so the weather was still warm. Our room was very hot during the day and AC was not working!!! When we complained at the reception- we were told that all the AC units were now on the heat mode. In other words, you can turn your cooling on but it will only blow hot air. We felt suffocated from the heat in the room and with a window that only opened about 10 inches.
First impression was good! The hotel has a chic interior and a gorgeous outdoor bar/ area. Just a short walk to the train station- so very accessible.

DenmarkWhen we arrived, they sent us to an uncleaned room first. During breakfast, a mouse or rat jumped from the breakfast buffet area, under our table, 5cm from our feet and back. When we jumped up and shouted, "There is a rat!" The staff reacted accordingly; one said, "There is no rat," the other got scared, and the last one just took our room number to ensure we had paid. No one did anything or warned other guests about the health hazard. When confronting the reception, there was no apology, and they did not try to compensate. They just said, " Yeah, we've had some complaints. There will be some people tomorrow to deal with it." Also, clothes needles were lying on the floor in the room.
The bed was comfortable.

United StatesThere was no complimentary water or breakfast, room was smaller and king room having a queen bed is misleading. Right near a hospital so you hear sirens going at all times if you open window. WiFi didn’t work and tv streaming only works for android devices

SingaporeDuring our stay at the hotel in late October, we encountered a significant issue with the room temperature. Despite the weather still being quite warm (around 22-24°C), the hotel had already switched the air conditioning system to heating mode for the season. This made the room uncomfortably hot. When we asked the reception for assistance, they simply advised us to turn off the heating and open the window. However, opening the window resulted in excessive noise from the street, with the sound of traffic making it nearly impossible to sleep. Overall, this made for an uncomfortable experience, and we wish the hotel had offered better temperature control options or a quieter room solution.
The location is good
