All fine, couldn't rate the staff as we had a late check-in with key locker ;) which worked perfectly. Great view on and walk around the BiggeSee. We took breakfast from the menu at the nearby Cafe, it was great, and all we needed, although there is big buffet option too.

There is no staff to interact with. The lighting control was very complicated. The parking ticket to allow exit from the car park only worked once. I had to pay on my second exit

Very nice and large room, well decorated. There's an outdoor sitting area, which should be lovely in the summer. The view out onto the lake is nice

A good location by the river, each room has a private terrace. There are two bar/restaurants nearby with a good range of food and drink. The location doesn't look promising, but the rooms were superb

There are only two real „lake view“ rooms. Room 11 and room 14. Room 14 costs twice as much. All other „lake view“ rooms are obscured by thick bushes.

We got one of the two _real_ lake view rooms. Room 11. (Third time lucky). ExtraBlatt is our go-to place for buffet breakfast. ExtraBlatt was 10 meters walk (from room 11).

My room was a smoking room (I didn't think they existed anymore). Consequently, it smelled very smoky. There is no staff at the hotel so communication was done by telephone. This is not very satisfactory if you're having difficulty late at night or early in the morning. Tickets to allow me to exit the car park were missing or did not function. Therefore, I had to pay to exit the car park. However, it was not expensive.

The rooms were very nice and clean.

It would have been nice to have a clock in the room. There were no USB ports to charge devices.

No check in, you get a code and pick up your key. Worked well for us but had to call to change my number so make sure it's correct.

Great rooms, very modern and had everything needed. Comfortable beds, coffee facilities and a very nice rainforest shower. Overall big room and would definitely visit again. You also get a voucher to use the fitness facilities in the town.

. Very hard to fault anything at all, even if you're the most picky customer. Excellent all around, amazing facilities in the room as well as very comfortable beds. Straight by the lake, very nice and chilled out atmosphere. I can't wait to go back, thank you very much for a gorgeous weekend in Olpe.

Room too dim. No proper latch lock , housekeeping opened without knocking . No reception ; called the number provided but no pick up or response.

a bit difficult to check in - reception limited. Room was a bit too dark and need more light . Shower was great though, bed was also comfortable .

Worst hotel bed I've ever slept in. It crashes in. It keeps separating because there are two separate beds. The minibar was never replenished for 4 days. We had to buy coffee capsules ourselves. Also, I forgot my tablet at the hotel. I asked them to send it. They asked for the address. But it didn't come for a week. I emailed again. After a while, they said that if I pay 20 euro shipping fee, they will send it. After sending 20 euro they sent my tablet.

- We had a view of the parking lot. - The room seemed brand new and still smelled strongly like it was just renovated, and not all the wiring worked (such as for the fan in the bathroom and the lamps over the bed). There was even still a hole in the wall where it seemed like they were working on the wiring. - We didn't have WiFi. - There was no trash can in the room and we collected our trash in a paper coffee cup... - Reception has limited hours.

- The location was right next to the lake with quick access to Extrablatt, a brewery, ice cream, a swimming pool, a boat house and a trampoline park nearby. - The room was well-designed. - We had access to the gym next door but didn't use it. - One free water bottle in the room.
