Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

TurkeyReception staffs were very slow for checking-in but main problem is cleanliness. There were a lot of long hairs on the bathroom floor and towels. You can’t control A/C after certain point so room was 19 degrees celcius during the night. It was painful

Switzerland😒. I prefer to have my coffee in the room, which is why I always book my room with a Nesspresso machine so I don't have to stress about waking up to have my first coffee. But unfortunately, there was no coffee machine in the room as I saw in my reservation and at the reception I was informed that I would have a coffee machine in the room, and a device to boil water for tea, but that was not true, there was no coffee machine. 😒🙁 🙁 The next day the maid knocked on the door but I was taking a shower, my husband spoke in English for her to come back later to clean the room, but unfortunately this lady does not speak English, so when we left at 1:45 pm to go for a walk and have lunch, when we returned at 9:00 pm our room still smelled dirty from my breakfast tray 😕 and everything was not tidy. I had to go downstairs for the second time I was staying, to complain. But I tidied my room myself so I could sleep. I received an apology from a friendly and attentive receptionist who was working the night shift. She organized the towels and some drinks like water and orange juice, and personally came to deliver me to my room. But the guy didn't pay much attention to me, because the night before I went to complain, and I believe he didn't like my presence on the second day complaining about something else. His clothes looked like they had just come out of the dryer, because they weren't well-groomed and that made him look bad, a receptionist with an un-ironed shirt
My husband said that the breakfast is poor, and that the tables were not clean and had food scraps and dirty glasses and cups on the table🙈

United KingdomThe hotel charged me for one additional day as per my fully paid booking even though I checked out a day earlier due to unplanned requirements. They did not budge from the rule even though I am a VIP rating member as per them.

TurkeyWe checked in on a Saturday and there were no available parking spots. The reception was not helpful and told us that they cannot direct us another place to park. Breakfast was also not really good compared to other radissons and similar priced hotels.

United KingdomWe had a confirmed and fully paid ( 285.13 euro) booking via booking.com and when we arrived at the hotel they had cancelled our room. And they said the only room available was 399.00 euro. But we said we had already paid but they did not take that payment off and told us we would have to take it up with Booking.com. Although they have an on-site restaurant you cannot book it via the front desk. You have to download an App which covers all of Europe, then find the restaurant then book. Unfortunately it said it was fully booked. In the evening we were having a drink in the bar next to the restaurant and noticed about 10 tables empty. So we went up to them and they said yes it is ok we have plenty of room, and had our dinner which was excellent. There were no information packs in the room so every small question we had we had to phone front desk. There was no room service and for a hotel of this caliber.

Portugalthe staff never answered my call, although there were two people at the reception, one was Ahmed, other was a lady. This pattern repeated the next day, where there was an Asian girl at the reception. I must have called 10-15 times, each time letting it ring for long. Ultimately both the times I had to go down all the way to wait in the line and ask for a simple thing. Moreover, there wasn't any steamer in the room to press my clothes, the guy at the reception was almost unwilling to accept then I said that it wasn't there. He even came to drop a steamer and was checking inside the cupboard, no trust on the customers. The lobby is quite small, compared to other hotels I've been to. At breakfast: the guy at the entrance asking for room numbers, asked every white guest if they wanted a coffee but not the brown guests. Moreover, the guy making omelettes was quite rude, not bringing mine to the table and yelling that he couldn't find me. Most hotels have different type of milk like almost, soya on their spread, wasn't so here. The gym is ridiculously small.

NetherlandsParking does not have capacity for all guests, and does not have ev-charging spots. For a hotel that is so recently built, in a car-centered area, we find that a serious disadvantage. Also the reception in the lobby has a weird set up which is very small.

PolandPrior to our arrival, we tried to book a space in the underground garage, but we could not contact the hotel for several days. No one replied to our email either. Upon arrival, we found that it was impossible to enter the car park due to an malfunction. The staff did nothing to help us find a solution. In addition, no one informed us that the hotel restaurant would be closed due to a private event. We arrived late and were no longer able to eat anything. The level of service did not match the brand and standard of the hotel. Overall the impression was disappointing.
We liked to design of the rooms and the hotel. The breakfast was ok.

CyprusWe went for lunch (just 2 persons) in the hotel restaurant and were told that we can’t have it due to some group booking. The only lunch options we were left with was a sandwich bar at the reception or ordering Wolt - which we ended up doing since there was also no room service or minibar. Come on Radisson, even for a 4 style hotel this is unacceptable.
Big clean rooms, excellent overall design, got a free room upgrade with a view from a smiling young lady at the reception. Mischel at the restaurant was also very accommodating
