Minibar service - robot is empty, nothing to choose from. Plus you have to wait robot to come to your room door to know this, there is no online menu or purchase option.

Very good hotel, walking location to city, to main bridge train and pedestrian bridge. Good sauna in the hotel, working till 23.00 , it has all you need and changing rooms. Good comfortable parking.

The location is a considerable walk away from the centre, but near underground and tram stops.

Even though a new member to the Radisson, we were offered a free upgrade at check in but then were charged for the upgrade I booked earlier. Confused! 1) It was a 29 minute walk from the closest railway. 2) The aircon was not turned on only the fan. It was really hot outside. The fan setting was set at the highest setting 3 and the temperature was -3 Celsius on the keypad which was the lowest it could go. 3) The TV did not work and the body wash, shampoo & conditioner dispensers did not work. Whoever installed these put the bracket too high where you could not push the pump down to release the liquid. The menu was sparse and with all that space they could use it to have a nice restaurant. When we told reception the next day, they asked if I checked the TV cables and squeezed the bottles. I was instructed to give it another try and call them if it didn’t work. I thought they would have requested to have a look. It was cooler in the room as housekeeping left an extra card to keep the aircon on which was now working a little. We called downstairs and they offered another room exactly to what we had but on the other side of the building. I also was asked to pick up the key from reception. No one even offered to help move our things over to the other side of the building. The other room was warm when we went inside. The aircon worked but I wouldn’t say it was that cold. My partner did not sleep well due to being warm & uncomfortable. If this is how they treat members I am not sure it’s worth it. When the reception asked about our stay & we told her she only said is there anything else I can do for you? It would’ve been nice if something could have been done due to our inconvenience.

It was decorated well & it was welcoming. The staff were friendly especially the breakfast staff & bar staff. The room we stayed in, I paid for an upgrade to a premium room. It was clean, spacious & had a nice view of the colourful building. Breakfast was great and caters for people who are lactose intolerant, vegan and eat gluten-free items.

TV was making some troubles, reseted or switched off with no reason or kept loading settings for hours. Not something important. We was not there to watch TV.

Good hotel for reasonable cost per night. Comfortable bed, clean room with far enought space for two people to live and also do some work. Good for business trip but also not far away from city districts with cultural attractions or various restaurants what also make it a good choice for travelers. We used to use scooters to get everywhere we needed what gave additional fun. Well spent time.

Could be more staff on reception; 1 poor guy on his own meant I had to queue a while to actually get checked in... Also the hotel was a bit off of the beaten track.

Radisson Blu - so exactly what I expected. They always are comfortable and nice hotels and this is why I aimed for this one as I come to expect a level of comfort with this brand. The hotel was very nice and the atrium was awesome. Also loved the free fruit and water while you wait for reception.

The garage has a lot of cars, sometimes there is no parking space.

The hotel staff is very kind. The location is very quiet and close to public transport. In a few minutes you reach all the tourist places. Be sure to go to Lindt, the chocolate prices are good

It was rather further out of the centre than we would have liked, although once we mastered the tram it was relatively easy to travel in. The location was a bit bleak, with no restaurants or bars nearby. It seems to be used a lot for conferences so is perhaps not the best choice for holiday makers.

Good modern hotel, with spacious rooms and a pleasant interior courtyard. The staff were great, and food was good.

Parking lot was dirty and did not give a good first impression. As well the lobby wasnt clean. Airco was not working very well. Bathroom was ok, but very small and not eady accesible

Amazing breakfast. Lots of healthy options including non diary items if you wish. Breakfast staff was super hospitable, friendly, and alert.

While the staff at the reception was very kind, I got denied a complimentary coffee by the staff at the entrance of the breakfast room, with very German manners.
