The price for car parking is very high. You can get better rates in some some garages. If you visit on a weekend it is free to park in nearby streets. In our room there was no door for the bath (but there was a door to separate the toilet).

The location is great, very close to the city centre. The hotel is clean and overall of good quality. We had a third bed in the room which was also very comfortable.

Our arrival experience was disappointing. We arrived at 7:00 AM, fully aware that check-in was at 3:00 PM, but only wanted to leave our luggage, as we had been informed this was possible. However, the lady at the reception looked at us suspiciously and questioned whether we were in the right hotel, emphasizing that this is Radisson Blu (shocking cause hotel like this should not have prejudices). She also repeatedly asked if we were sure we hadn’t booked the night before, despite us clearly stating our reservation details. Only after checking the system and confirming our booking is there, she become polite. Someone who works there should be polite to all people, not just to Radisson Blu guests (only after she realized that we were guests).

The place is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, making it perfect for a visit. Everything was well-maintained, and the location is excellent.

The open plan bathroom was a bit awkward in the twin share room. Not much privacy when sharing a room. The process of taking a pending payment from your credit card rather than just pay your room on arrival is messy. Funds also don't get returned for weeks after you have left. Could have a better system than this.

Great location in the heart of Leipzig. Close to everything. Service exceptional and facilities exceptional also.

Heating system was not working, There wasn't any tooth brush, guest slippery, bathrobe, cotton, hairdryer, minibar... There wasn't even any bellboy which I learned when the receptionist told me to put my 4 suitcases on the carriage and take it to room by myself. Employees were so rude, arrogant and disrespectful. Probably especially to foreigners, they're annoying. As I've experienced through my holiday, German people don't have any hospitality and they're so rude(%99 of them)

I really don't remember the last time I slept in such a dirty hotel. The toilet was black inside, but the receptionist wasn't surprised! Absolutely everything was dirty: the carpet, the bathroom, even the wardrobes were stained and hair on the floor :-(

The only advantage of this hotel is the location and parking.

The Hotel was close to what we wanted to see and visit. Car parking although expensive was on-site and easy and we wanted a safe place for the hire car. Breakfast was good but very hard to find seating for 3 persons, luckily people were leaving the 2 times we used the area.

the room was very hot, people in the other rooms and next to the hotel were talking loudly all night, which meant the wall insolation was poor and lastly the service when asked the front desk to change my room, they were not very helpful.

Toilets, since coming with 14 years old daughter, toilet is quite/ totally open and toilet itself can not be closed fully with this wooden sliding door...

Room dirty and with old and dusty fitted carpet. The stuff was very unwelcoming and rude. We asked for a taxi to go to the train station because our daughter had fever and vomiting and we have received this answer: “no German habit to take a taxi, take public transportation”. They didn’t nothing to help us understand which buses to take. This hotel has nothing to do with Radisson blu in Hamburg, that it was perfect!
